UPDATING from 1 star to 5 stars! After going through all the hassle on Saturday, I had Katelyn reach out on Monday with test results and immediately schedule the surgery my dog needs to have done, she explained everything that was happening and needed to happen and also went over the post surgery care my pet needs to have which I appreciate so much! After that today I had the manager of the clinic reach out as well to further explain the situation with my dog and she also apologized for the mishap that happened on Saturday.

She explained they have different staffing Saturdays because they share their building and the receptionist/staff had no idea what was going on because they aren't normally the ones there on the weekdays. I appreciate all the efforts they put in to make sure everything was done correctly and will continue to take my dog there. Everyone deserves a second chance and these guys have more than earned it. Thank you Katelyn and Laura! You guys are awesome!

I love bringing my dogs here and its so nice to know they are cared for when they are there for boarding. The staff treat them as if they are their own. The doctors are very nice as well!

I'm appalled that a place like this stays open. The veterinarian is a horrible Dr. He didn't even do a full exam on my dog. Didnt check on my pets temperature. Then even though he has a horrible eye infection that's makin g him blind. I had to leave without medication for my poor suffering baby because of the fact that i couldn't get all of his money up front for a blood test. A test that was $ 295.00 therefore he said he wouldn't treat my animal until I could get it. Wow! what kind of person even does that.

I didn't have $300 for his blood test! therefore he would not treat my dog's eyes. my other dog has got the same infection in eyes I took her to a different vet. they cleared right up after she was just treated with simple rx of eye drops! so take your animal to this vet. But only if you don't care about it, love it, look at it as a member of your family. Bc that's how he will look at it. As simply a fist full of cash. Not an animal loved and in discomfort, possibly scared. Grow a heartbeat!

My dog had a medical issue and needed to be seen. I called all over the place and vet offices were full or only on an urgent care but you'd have to call first thing in the morning. This place though they answered their phone right away, they had me booked within three days and when I came in the place was clean and full of cute doggies waiting to be seen. We were pulled back pretty quickly and the staff and doctor were just so nice.

They were patient and listened and asked really great questions to better understand my little guy and his needs. They prescribed really great stuff for him that has been helping him and I spoke to the doc himself the following Monday about results from my dogs blood work. I have never spoken to a vet on the phone before, they usually just have staff call so I was really impressed by that. Overall I thought they did an amazing job just being there for my old man dog and treating us so kindly. I'm only going to take my pups to this vet from now on! Great service!

I recommend this vet clinic. We love Dr. Nelson. We have come to this clinic for over 4 years since moving to Payson. They are kind and professional. Their office is always clean too! They have been able to fit me in when an issue suddenly arises with one of our dogs! Location is convenient too with ample parking!

I used to love Dr. Evans and respect him. But he's grown impatient, he has way to many animals there at once and some of his staff are just rude! I had my dog put down there last year and it had literally left me traumatized. Cold, hurried, insensitive, rude and did not even sedate her leaving her taking huge gasps for air. When I asked him if that was normal his response was a rude "what does it look like?!" On another visit with a different dog, the dog started barking he came out and yelled at me to get her out! He's over scheduling and just became callous. Don't go there!

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability Don't bring your animals here, especially for euthanasia because they will discard your beloved pets remains and then blame you for their mistake. Absolutely sickening

Christa is an awesome groomer and reasonably priced. She even goes the extra mile to work with her clients if they have a scheduling conflict.

They took care of my little puppy so fast and knew exactly what to do. They were really sweet and patient too. Dr. Seth Caron is awesome!

I drive the Extra Mile to insure that our Dogs have the proper care that they need, whatever it may be.

These ladies know their job. First they great you when you walk through the door. They remembered my dog and talked her and petted her. Second. They know what i was talking about and listened to my concerns. Third they helped me with the dog food, snd even offered to take it to my car for me I recommend this veterinary to anyone If you visit this office you wont be sorry.

We love West Mtn! We had to say goodbye to a fur baby there. They were very professional, sweet & compassionate with the whole process. Even sent a card out afterwards.

I have to give them a shout out for good service. I take all of my dogs and puppies to them and they have been amazing to work with. So professional and their front staff always help me load my puppies into my car which goes beyond their duties in my opinion. They have saved me tons of money for things I thought were an emergency according to different vets but these folks know their stuff and quickly tell me "that's a waste of money, this naturally works itself out" sure enough I panicked for no reason and whatever my dog experienced (swallowing a sock or small amount of ant bait) was easily remedied where as other vets wanted to cut my dogs open.

They truly have my dogs best interest in mind and not just their bottom line. Recon, Girl Scout and Liberty have had amazing experiences here. Thank you for being the best Vet out of several that I've been to.

I am impressed with everyone who works here from the receptionist, techs, groomer and Doctors. They are knowledgeable, kind and always take the time to answer my questions. I've been to many vets over the years and many here in the valley and the thing that stands out to me about West Mountain is their attitude toward clients.

I don't feel like I'm just another number to them to hurry and take care of so they can get on with their day. I really feel like we're partners in providing the best care possible to these members of our family. I trust the Doctors here implicitly. I know Dr Evans and Dr Nelson are going to tell it to me straight and give the best medical care possible which is so, so important to have in a relationship with your veterinarian. It is especially important as a Breeder to know my puppies are being taken care of by the best. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

I'd also give them a 0 star rating. Twice they quoted my wife a price, then charged her almost double after the process! They up sell and make you believe you need to do more than you really do. Since my wife is non confrontational she just went with it, paid and didn't argue. Despicable to have some who is suppose to be a professional act in such an unprofessional manner! I'll never let my wife return!

The Dr's. Are very knowledgeable and experts in their field. They go above and beyond to make sure your animal is taken care of. Their prices are more than fair and would definitely recommend!

They take great care of my dogs. When my border collie needed surgery on her leg they were kind and very understanding. They treated her so well and she loved all the people who helped her.

We love WMVH!!! We had a dog with CHF and a grade 6 heart murmur. Dr. Evans and Dr. Nelson were phenomenal. When we had to put Buddy down, Dr. Nelson drove all the way from Spanish Fork to Payson to help us. She is the best and most personable vet. Their staff is caring and we will keep coming here.

If I could give them 0 star I would. We literally stepped in the door for a spider bite, they wanted to charge us $550 plus to treat him and $70 just for exam fees. The vet did even evaluate my animal or ask a history of what happened. Just diagnosed him with cheek grass and gave us an estimate. Isn't it ridiculous that vets like this take advantage of our love for our animals?! If he would've listened, he would know that this is been going on for two weeks, that my dog responded to Benadryl but the lump came back because it had abscessed.

It just needed to be drained. I called my sister, who trains dogs for a living, and told her what happened. She told me to leave that vet, that her vet would get my dog in and charge me $120 for the same procedure. This vet barely looked or touched my dog and charged me $70 just to step foot in their doors. Don't take your animals here unless you want to be charged an arm and a leg!

Very knowledgeable veterinarian! Second veterinarian hospital for our cat to be diagnosed correctly with skin cancer! Melanoma! At least we now know how to make her comfortable.

These guys are great! They always take wonderful care of our dogs whether it's visiting the vet or having them boarded when we can't take our pups with us. I also never feel like my wallet took a massive hit when I go there. Great prices.

Thank you West Mountain Veterinary Hospital for all you did for our community during the recent fires. While family and friends were frantically being evacuated, we discovered we would have to leave our family pets behind. This was a huge addition to the stress we were already experiencing.

our doggie became suddenly so sick. I called our regular vet but they weren't able to see us. Out of desperation I drove to this Hospital and I am so glad I did. Dr. Evens and staff treated me so kindly. He treated my pup and probably saved his life. I for sure will be switching vets.

I have been taking my four legged family members to West Mountain since they opened. I have always been impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. Dr. Evans and his staff are warm, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been compassionate and patient with my many questions and concerns. They will get my business as long as their doors are still open.
