Dr. Glassman founded Roosevelt Veterinary Center in 2005 after graduating from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. With over 18 years of practice leadership, she oversees clinical operations and maintains a special interest in preventive medicine.

A 2021 graduate of University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Dr. Hai brings equine medicine experience to our small animal practice. He focuses on surgical advancements and pursues diplomate status while providing compassionate patient care.

Cornell University-trained Dr. Lagana specializes in animal welfare and epidemiology. With prior practice ownership experience, she contributes expertise in complex medical cases while maintaining her equine care passion.

With 30+ years of experience, Dr. Chandna provides comprehensive care for companion animals. His residency at Tufts University informs his patient-centered approach that emphasizes client education and personalized treatment plans.

As Roosevelt Mansion's director, Alberto manages our boarding and daycare facilities. His leadership ensures safe, engaging environments for pets while maintaining operational excellence in our expanded services.

Boarding dogs need current Bordetella vaccine and negative fecal exam within six months. Bring your pet's food and medications with specific instructions.

OMG. Once you bring your pets here for care, you wont go anywhere else! Dr. Glassman and her team give us peace of mind knowing that all our cats are cared for completely. Their daycare and boarding are excellent! When you go for check ups, you will see the play area that they set up. I have been there 3 days/week when one of our cats was having a treatment for his shattered knee that Dr. Glassman was able to bring him back to his playful self.

While there so much, I noticed dogs that went to the daycare came in with their tails wagging and anxious to give kisses to their fiends (staff).

Overall, the vet visits there are as stress free as possible due to the warm and caring staff. Their prices are fair and I would never trust anyone else now that we found Dr. Glassman and her fabulous team!

We have been taking our beloved beagle Annie here (at their former location near Acme and now at their new office) for almost 15 years now (!)and Dr. Glassman has always been wonderful: professional, compassionate and caring. There were other vets on her team that were hit and miss, but the new vet who has joined her team is just outstanding! We feel really lucky!

Roosevelt's team showed clear compassion and gave careful attention to my dog when he injured his leg. They followed up with me regularly and I felt completely in the loop throughout the process. It is very comforting knowing that my loved one is in good hands when he is with them. I will undoubtedly continue to utilize their services when needed.

I honestly love this vet and I've been to a few trying to find the right vet for my dog. I have a very hyperactive dog and I was a little nervous bringing him for the first time bc I didn't know how he would do and how they would handle him. It went great and he actually was very happy to meet Martha who came out and got him:) I got him neutered and the whole process was so simple thanks to roosevelt.

We scheduled an appt for the procedure and once the procedure was finished, they sent me home with medication, a cone ( not plastic one of the nice velcro ones), And a bunch of great advice on how to keep him calm. The staff at Roosevelt are excellent in many ways. I have three pups, one being a German Shepherd, and they have always went out of their way to make sure my dogs are comfortable during their visits. They are an honest, reliable, hard working staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Glassman and Dr. Panigrahi are tops in my book, as are the rest of the Team at RVH. I have brought my girls (cats) and have not been disappointed with the care and service received. When the time came to say goodbye to Lucky. I could feel not only sympathy, but also empathy from everyone. Thank you for helping us get through a difficult time with tenderness and respect.

We took our new kitten here shortly after adopting him. Scheduling the appointment was a piece of cake! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. Being new pet owners, everyone was very patient with us with all of our questions! A vet tech, Bre, was so friendly and helpful! Dr. Glassman was also fantastic and spent lots of time with us. I definitely will be going back here and I highly recommend you start going as well!

Been going here for a few years multiple animals. Did not bring one of our animals back for a check up and they called the aspca on us, lying to them about how we abuse our animals and to state that the animal had maggots coming out of it when all our our animals are healthy. Very unprofessional spiteful rude people. We had also gotten a second opinion from another vet office about one of our animals and they were able to treat our pets condition with simple medicine, not surgical procedures like they were trying to sell us on. Always shop around, get second opinions, and read every review because the facts can save you time and headache.

Pretty happy with our first boarding experience, they were very accommodating. I plan on using Roosevelt for veterinary services going forward as well (leaving another local practice after 15 years, due to numerous issues).

I'm a somewhat difficult, overly caring pet owner. Roosevelt meets my needs. Good communication, considerate staff and the Vet (both) does a nice job explaining. My only issue is they still have COVID protocol in place so you can't accompany your pet on visits. I want to be in the room during exams.hopefully that will change though. I highly recommend.

Greeted immediately by friendly staff. The facility didn't have any foul odors or off-putting signage. Frankie (cat) was treated very kindly, her ears were clogged and had to get flushed. The veterinarian sent her home with medication and followed up on her in a few days. I appreciate the electronic follow through, reminders, and registration of her vital information. I am hoping Frankie will be a patient here for decades.

Unfortunately Frankie wasn't with me for decades. Meeko, a much less mild mannered boy has taken the throne. He was given his royal check up with a nail trim. The Doctor and Staff treated him like the King he is.

Since bringing her home, I've been taking my standard poodle puppy to Roosevelt Veterinary. The staff has been amazing and very responsive despite all of the challenges faced during the pandemic. Dr. Glassman and the staff have treated Daisy wonderfully and with great care. They've explained all treatments and medications in great detail and with compassion and understanding. I've also taken advantage of their doggy day care program.

I was hesitant to leave Daisy for an entire day. However, they eased my hesitance by sending texts and videos of Daisy having a great time throughout the day. At pickup Daisy was exhausted but happy. She will be a regular now. I highly recommend Roosevelt Veterinary for both medical care and boarding/daycare. I have the utmost confidence and peace of mind leaving my Daisy in their hands.

My pup Ranger & I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Ranger takes time to adjust to new places, new people & new dog friends. All of the staff fully understood how to make him comfortable & let him come around on his own time which not only made Ranger more comfortable, but myself knowing he's in great hands. Ranger now is playing with so many of his dog friends, is completely out of his shell, has learned some behavioral tricks & is SO excited the second we pull into the parking lot & greet the staff.

They also send videos of how the day is going & how much fun he & his friends are having. It makes me so excited to see how comfortable he is. It wouldn't be possible without the AMAZING staff. Everyone there is SUPER friendly, accommodating & I could go on for hours about how much this place means to Ranger & I! This is the NUMBER ONE place I would recommend to anyone who needs dog daycare or even their vet services.

I can go on and on and say so many wonderful things about this place! My vet closed when my dog turned 11. Of course when her vet closed is when she started having complications, we went to Roosevelt from a recommendation and so happy we did. The staff is so kind, compassionate and welcoming. They do an amazing job scheduling and getting you in ASAP. I know my baby is always in good hands when we go and so grateful that we found them!

OUR FAMILY HIGHLY RECOMMENDS DR. GLASSMAN AND THE ROOSEVELT VETERINARY TEAM for your pet care! Our dog recently was found to have heartworm, which can be a death sentence. My husband and I were heartbroken at the thought of losing our pooch. However, Dr. Glassman was an absolute balm to our fears in her assured knowledge of our dogs care and his potential for recovery. For anyone who has had a pet with heartworm, they know it's a long process (5 months minimum!) of tests, multiple shots, and an incredibly restricted exercise regimen (no running at all for months). Also, it's an expensive treatment!

Thanks to Dr Glassman and her team, today our dog is healthy, happy, and heartworm free! Due to her wonderful bedside manner, she soothed our fears, healed our dog, and she helped eliminate any costs to us for the treatment by researching the heartworm treatment supplier where she discovered malfeasance. We couldn't have asked for better care for our pooch, who is our family! Again, we feel truly blessed to have Dr. Glassman as our vet, and we highly recommend her and the Roosevelt Veterinary team to anyone! -The Jones Family and Mason!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! My husband and I walked in very nervous because our "puppy" is very difficult. All the vets we have been to with her have always sedated her because of fear. Dr. Glassman took her leash, asked us to sit in the waiting area and completed her job flawlessly!

Phenomenal place! The entire staff was kind, compassionate and genuinely concerned for my cats well being. I highly recommend you use Roosevelt Vet. I was given a same day appt for my cat who had stopped eating and drinking days prior. This was an emotional trip for me since she was 13 and I feared this maybe her time. The Dr was so kind and patient and did the best she could to make my cat comfortable today and our hope is that her problem heals over the next two weeks with some antibiotics.

I do not think I would have gotten the same result elsewhere. Thank you, Dr Glassman, for caring for Sofia today so gently. (And your Vet Tech) Kathy, thank you- for being so patient when explaining the Procedures to me over the phone- this type of client care is hard to come by.

I have been bringing my pet to Roosevelt Veterinary for over 8 years; since we first rescued her. I can't begin to express how much care, concern and professionalism we have experienced. They've been there for our family through all the ups and downs of our pet's health. Dr. Glassman and her staff ( Kim , Cathy, Larry and everyone else), are a well trained, empathic group who are always seeking the newest treatments, like the therapeutic use of laser technology or the oldest, like acupuncture!

They regularly attend conferences and seminars to bring the most recent improvements in Veterinary health to their clients. I know this because they have introduced these therapies and more to my aging Great Dane. I would NOT HESITATE to recommend Roosevelt Veterinary Center to anyone who needed great care for their pet.

Whole staff truly loves animals. Reasonable appointments, prices. Extremely clean. I live in Yorktown Heights and will continue to travel to them with my pets needs. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!!
