I am extremely impressed with all facets of this veterinary clinic! From first contact with scheduling, to interaction with techs and Dr Roberts, this is a first class clinic! I am extremely impressed with the follow up to my questions and concerns! Thank you so much for the positive experience!!

The staff at the Country Club Animal Clinic is consistently kind, loving and thoughtful. I have recommend the clinic to friends and other pet owners when asked for a referral.
My little furry friend is quite nervous at veterinary visits. I am thankful for the wonderful care they give my dog.

The doctors and staff here are exceptional. Theyre caring and thorough, they explain everything and answer all questions. They follow up and truly care about the pets and their families. They have cared for our senior dog with various health issues, as well as our younger dog who also has some health challenges that are chronic. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We've been taking our dog Bryan here since the pandemic. They are the best vetrinary group I have been to thoroughout my 13 year old labs life. I feel very comfortable with them. They are knoweledgable, thoughtful and precise. They do whats needed and do not look to charge more for things that Bryan does not need. . They take wonderful care of my dog and treat him really well. They do blood work whern needed and address all of his problems in a consistant manner. When we are in LA I try to make effort to bring him here and often schedule the trip around his visit. I highly recommend Country club.

They have a nice caring staff. We've been going here two years with no complaints. Good follow-up after every visit. My dog isn't afraid to go there.

Absolutely one of the best vet clinics I have ever used. The service is fabulous and the vet techs and other staff members are always so friendly and knowledgeable. If you need to find a vet you should try Country Club Animal Clinic. Dr. Roberts is so kind and always takes the time to talk with you. I am so happy that I found them.

We had a clearly distressed dog and chose a vet close by that we could take her to. The front desk person started talking to us, we said we had a distressed dog, she Ignored us to answer the phone and looked back at us when she was finished. We again said we had a distressed dog and no appointment and hoped to see vet because of the situation. She interrupted us again and told us no walk in. Had no compassion or care at all for the dog. We ended up going to VCA where they had to put her down because she was critical. The service and cold lack of compassion by the front desk was appalling.

Dr. Taylor seems like a grumpy old man. He can definitely improve his bed side manner.

We were visiting the Palm Desert area and my dog had an open sore on her leg that I was concerned about. This office was able to see our dog the next day after I called. Because of Covid protocols, I could not go in but I spoke with the vet on the phone. Besides treating the leg, the doctor seemed genuinely interested in my pet's general health as well, even though she knew we were just visiting the area. If I lived in Palm Desert, I would be happy to use this office as my regular vet.

The absolute best veternarian I've met and the best clinic. Principessa LOVES going to see all the girls there! 100% thorough, professional, warm. All the staff goes above and beyond. What a godsend to find them.

I've only lived in the area 6 months so I didn't have a vet in the area. I noticed a broken tooth in my newly adopted puppy Iris so I started calling around to get an appointment. I called the closest bets first. No one could schedule an appointment until mid to late November. I contacted County Club and they got me an appointment within a few days.

The vet was great. Turns out it is a broken canine but it's a puppy tooth and it should come out on its own. I'm keep an eye on her. She should be fine. Thank you for getting me in so quickly. I couldn't stand the thought of waiting over a month to find out.

I don't ever ever leave negative reviews. this is worth it. we my mom's dog their to get a health screening for a highly time sensitive international flight. over the phone, we asked every question possible relative to what we would need. We brought everything that we discussed over the phone to the appointment. he has his chip he has his rabies shot, yet they stopped everything and would not process the screening just because they wanted the exact details of when he got his chip. when we told them, this was insufficient. the dog has had his chip for years. the decided at the last minute not to hell us. causing a myriad of problems for a mentally unstable patient. just clear the dog. it's not hard. so sad. never go here. they are rude and hesitant to go the extra mile.

Professional feeling but leave feeling scammed. Sure if you have the money to over pay hundreds for your pets health go ahead take your pet here. I only took mine here because it was needed immediately for my kitten to get vaccinated and all other places were booked for weeks. Simple first set of vaccine ran me above $150 over what animal samaritans would've charged me.

They also told me my cat was 6 to 7 months old when i knew she had to be younger. I asked them three times to confirm that estimation they doubled down. Fast forward to today at animal samaritans for her second vaccines. They looked at the price i was charged and were shocked country club animal clinic charged so much. I asked them what about the age estimate made by todd taylor which 3 months ago he told me my kitten is about 6 to 7 months.

I asked to confirm that age estimate here at animal samaritans and to my surprise they were very shocked as why they would even say such a thing. Vet at AS told me my kitten is barely 6 months at most. Horrible place sure go if you swim in money and don't care about accurate estimation about your pet. I only went as i needed to no other place were going to give me an appointment as they did. Disappointed and would never go again nor recommend it.

We have been coming here for several years after going to the other independently owned Clinics! Dr Roberts and her staff are fabulous! Our animals even like going! Other places had long waits, ridiculous pricing and one place in Bermuda Dunes did way more damage and the animal died as a result. I would Never recommend VCA! Dr. Roberts knows her stuff!!!!

We were out in the palm desert in vacation and had to take our dog to the vet. We had the best service and care. The clinic is very clean, up to date technology. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Dr. Houston and Dr. Roberts and staff are all outstanding. I was explained everything so I could understand in lamins terms and they were all so AMAZING and caring. They text me every day after his procedure to check on him and answered all of my concerns. He's now back 100 percent on his paws. Could not highly recommend them more. Thank you all for making our stressful situation a great experience and Alex thanks you also.

I think they do a great job here. They ALWAYS follow up the next day to see how our dogs are doing. Great customer service. They have also made every attempt possible to fit us when we have had something serious come up. One of our dog's eye had an bad infection which needed treatment out of the area and they sent us to Ontario - great folks there also. I will definitely keep going back.

Can't thank the staff and doctors enough. The Doctors were so friendly and sympathetic about our dogs condition. The staff was caring, loving and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Country Club Animal Clinic. They were always on time with my appointments and a pleasure to deal with every time. Thanks to everyone this clinic during this really hard time.

We are new to the desert and needed a vet for our 12 year old cat. Our cat sitter recommended Country Club Animal Clinic. We took Odie there and they did an exam and lab work. They also recommended we have his teeth cleaned, something we knew had to be done but we were uneasy about the anesthesia. We scheduled his cleaning for the next day and he came through with flying colors.

We were absolutely delighted with Dr. Roberts, her staff, and the clinic. The office is clean and comfortable, everyone was kind, friendly, soft spoken and reassuring. Dr. Roberts emailed Odie's lab results and called us the next day to see how our boy was. We are very happy to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for one- especially new residents!

The care my dogs receive from Dr. Lillian Roberts and her staff is wonderful! This is definitely one place animal owners can feel safe taking their pets!

I would like to think that all the vet's in town are competent. Dr. Roberts is above that. She keeps up on current technology and treatments, and always takes the time to really examine your pet. The staff are so warm and caring. They make the visit as pleasant as can be for the dog or cat, offering words of encouragement, or treats. I recommend Country Club to all our clients.

I am with an animal rescue group, and we trust our little pound puppies and cats to this office for simple young animal vet work, to complex medical issues.

Dr. Roberts is the best. I trust her completely as well as her staff. I love the fact that they are not doing a million things, no boarding, no grooming, just medicine.

Very nice place with great customer service. I really like my 4-legged family member's Dr. Huston. She's always professional and recommends the best for my little one.

I am over the moon happy with Dr. Menghani, staff Brianna, Christina, and Ashley. My 7 year old Lyric with special needs, uncooperative, and giant breed was calm, cooperative and silent during the exam, blood draw and nail trim. From the attention to detail in every aspect to walking out the door we were treated well. The appointment process accommodating, arrival welcoming, exam and procedures professional calm and comprehensive. I'm impressed and appreciative to have found a place where Lyric is happy, making it stress free for me. Definitely a winning team.
