Services
Preventative Care
Our preventive care services include routine check-ups, vaccinations, and early detection screening tests. We create personalized wellness plans tailored to your pet's age, breed, and lifestyle. Our comprehensive exams assess vital signs, skin condition, dental health, and musculoskeletal development while monitoring weight and body condition. We emphasize parasite prevention and nutrition counseling to maintain optimal health. Our team educates pet owners about proper care through all life stages, from puppy/kitten visits to senior pet management.
Dental Care
We provide complete dental services including professional cleanings, periodontal treatment, and oral surgery. Our dental exams detect gingivitis, tartar buildup, and periodontal disease that can lead to systemic health issues. We use digital radiography to identify hidden dental problems and offer extractions when necessary. Our team demonstrates proper home care techniques and recommends dental diets and chews. We emphasize regular oral examinations every 6-12 months to maintain dental health and prevent complications affecting heart, liver, and kidney function.
Diagnostic Imaging
Our diagnostic capabilities include digital radiography, ultrasound, and endoscopic imaging. These technologies help identify internal injuries, foreign objects, and organ dysfunction. We perform in-house bloodwork, urinalysis, and specialized tests like thyroid panels and progesterone monitoring. Our advanced imaging equipment enables accurate diagnosis of conditions affecting bones, joints, and internal organs. We combine imaging with laboratory results to develop effective treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
Surgical Services
We perform routine and complex surgical procedures including spays/neuters, tumor removals, and orthopedic repairs. Our surgical suite features advanced monitoring systems and modern anesthetic protocols. We offer minimally invasive techniques like laparoscopy and laser surgery that reduce recovery time. Our team handles soft tissue surgeries, fracture repairs, and emergency procedures with strict safety protocols. Post-operative care includes pain management and detailed recovery instructions for pet owners.
Rehabilitation Therapy
Our rehabilitation services include underwater treadmill therapy, laser treatment, and electrical stimulation. These therapies benefit pets recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions like arthritis. Laser therapy promotes tissue healing and reduces inflammation without medication side effects. We develop customized rehabilitation plans combining in-clinic sessions with home exercises. Our goal is to improve mobility, decrease pain, and enhance quality of life for pets with musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.

Im always so happy with the care Allpets provide, I've been going there since they opened up originally and have a number of pets so I'd be in regularly enough. I had my dog Molly in today for a dental and my cat Wednesday for an eye infection, couldn't be happier with all their help. I can't get over how clean Molly's teeth are and how good her form is afterwards. Wednesday's eye is looking much better already after only a few hours too. Thanks so much for all the help!

Miss Pepper Potts the cat would like to thank the vet and nurses at All Pets for the wonderful job they've done on her paw. Her toe amputation has healed brilliantly and her treatment was handled with great care right from start to finish. Thanks a million. Will definitely take my pets here from now on.

The height of professionalism from this wonderful practice. I have been taking my doggie friend to All Pets for 10 years and would not go anywhere else. They are constantly evolving with the times and the online appointment booking system is hassle free and easy to use. They were also wonderful during COVID and ran a regular (via closed door) service. Highly recommend

My best friend Molly of 15 years passed away on a Sunday. I rang the emergency number and not to say the vet on call was an absolute treasure. She was so kind and sympathetic with me on the phone and told me she would take molly in ASAP. I had her cremated and she's now resting forever at home already after just 5 days. Thank you ladies for making my most heartbreaking day turn out to be a wee bit better by you lovely people.

I was told a c section for my frenchie was $1,500 then the day before her surgery Dr. Sam Called me at 9pm an told me he has to charge me $3,800 because she has more than 6 puppies inside her. He knew I would have to pay 5k or more for a emergency c section anywhere. So he called (9pm) the day before an raised the price. What a crook I had no choice but to go along i talked him down to $3,500. Very very unprofessional they even forgot to give me medicine for the dog. Diddnt find out till 5 days later because she got a infection because I Diddnt receive any medicine. Don't bring your frenchie here try Faith vets in north Brunswick. Raising the price the day before what a crook.
Then he said well you gonna have a lot of money from selling your frenchies. Don't come to this vet. And the back room where they do surgery's is filthy! I walked around back to see there boarding section, dog feces everywhere with a really bad smell. Don't waste your time or money.
