I grew up an "Army Brat." After about twenty moves, I became a Texan when my father was stationed in El Paso during my senior year of high school. My undergraduate studies were done at Texas Tech. I did my time in College Station, where I met my wife, married, and graduated from veterinary school. My wife and I then moved to Austin, laid down roots, and started our family.

So let me start off by saying this is the most amazing vet practice with the most amazing DR and staff. I have been taking all 3 of my dogs there since they were puppies for the past 5 years. I now live an hour away and I still will drive all the way to best vet to take care of my dogs. There is nothing more upsetting than trying to just be a good pet parent and go to a vet and you feel like they are just trying to sell you when all you want is a check up and before you know it, other vets are trying to rack up a $400 vet bill.
