We have a horse that is over 30 yrs old and unfortunatly we will have to put him down because he just can't walk anymore. Him living to that age is a testment to the way my wife cares for her animals and this is not a choice easily made. she has been calling Vetrinarians near and far and no one will do it for every excuse imaginable. But alpine said they would for a rediculas fee of over $1000. It's pretty bad that you have to beg to do something you dont want to do but then be taken advantage of in you time of need is pathetic way to be as a business.
the vetrinary business really is not about helping people and their animals, its purely about money. they should be embarassed.
