Not a happy experience, as we came to the clinic with a sick pup and left without him but the staff went above and beyond. I felt like I had been coming to the clinic for years because the staff was so compassionate and understanding. They closed at 11, but allowed us to come in after 10. I will certainly use their services in the future. Thanks to all the staff, we really appreciate everything they did for us in this difficult situation.

Dr. Vaughn was great, she spent a lot of time giving me a very detailed explanation of my dog's condition. I can't say the same for the front desk/reception. Some of the people have bad attitudes. My last time going, they tried to charge me $260 for a $60 medicine. I questioned them twice and they insisted. Right before I left they admitted they made a mistake.
