Limited sick appointments during the week. Weekend sick appointments must be called in within 1st 10 mins of opening, like trying to be caller 100 at a radio station. Nothing like the feeling of entering a sick pet into a game show. It should dawn on someone that there is an apparent need for the service, so perhaps expand on that? Also rolled in to pick up meds at 5:33 (closing time is 5:30) and the lot was empty. if they answer phones after 5:00, they could have told me at 5:13 not to bother, because everyone leaves the place running code 3, like they are responding to a fire. No loss though, still cant treat the skin condition after almost 2 years. Packing up and moving to a different clinic.

They take great care in treating and looking after our cats. The cats are also comfortable with the staff and environment. After a couple of visits I've noticed no outlying or internal stress on them whatsoever.

I brought my Bella in not knowing what was going on with her. They had no appointments available but it didn't stop a very sweet staff person from taking the time to give me the proper guidance in what to do to take care of her. Thank you so much. You were so very helpful and she was better in no time. A very grateful dog Momma.

I have been with AHC for 5 years with 2 cats and a dog. I have nothing, but great experiences with them. They were amazing and very understanding when my furbabies have had their issues. I just recently moved back and will continue to bring my furbabies to them.

Friendly staff yes. The Dr however was very unprofessional this time. Never bringing my cats back there. I adopted an overweight cat and when I asked her what to feed him she laughed and said less. Really? I'm all for jokes but not when I'm paying for services. She cut me off anytime I tried to speak, and proceeded to laugh it up about her pets to her nurse. I basically paid and left with questions still. I learned more on Google than from the doctor. The vet is expensive anywhere you go but shouldn't the doctor at least pretend to care, since our pets are like our children?

The team at AHC is amazing! Always smiling, always friendly, helpful, and they are always honest and upfront. They take amazing care of our two service dogs, even when Scout is picky and won't take Vet Tech Mariah's treats!
