Services
Aaha
Report
AAHA is an organization that accredits veterinary practices for meeting a simple standard: Excellence in everything they do. In order to earn accreditation, a practice must undergo routine inspection and examination on approximately 900 factors of running a truly exceptional veterinary hospital. Because of its voluntary nature and stringent standards, fewer than 15% of veterinary practices are AAHA accredited. We are proud to be one of the few. Because when it comes to love, nothing less than the best will do.
Wellness & Prevention
Report
Routine exams and vaccines are an important part of keeping your pets healthy and happy. We do a full examination to check your pet head to tail and the doctor will discuss any concerns or questions with you. External parasites such as fleas and ticks can be irritating to pets and can cause skin issues and internal diseases.
Diagnostics
Report
At Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital, we are fully prepared should your pet need to have diagnostic testing beyond the typical exam. These important advanced diagnostic tools are used to assess the health and well-being of our patients inside and out. Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital is very proud to use Idexx digital x-ray systems.
Surgery
Report
Surgeries and elective procedures must be scheduled in advance. Surgeries are performed Monday through Friday, and patients are admitted between 7:15 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. For your convenience, your pet may be checked in the night before at no additional charge. Food or treats must be withheld after 10pm the night before surgery, but it is not necessary to withhold water. Please call if you have questions or schedule a consultation if you would like a detailed estimate for a procedure.
