Worst vet I have ever gone to. Very unprofessional veterinarian and staff. Veterinarian not onsite after procedures. Working at two practices and also had foot out the door to head to other practice. Every visit the office would recommend a number of different tests to run jut in case and they always came back negative. One time they checked one of our dogs teeth since it had "clearly been more than a year since they had been cleaned" in their opinion. We had actually had that dogs teeth cleaned 6 months prior at their veterinary clinic.

Inquired about specific services and the woman that I spoke with quoted a higher price than the procedure, which included a bunch of optional add-ons I never asked for. She was very condescending after I asked to confirm the price without any additional charges. To cap off her unprofessional behavior she hung up the phone when she assumed the conversation was over. We will not be seeking their services. I only offered 2 stars as I did get the information I was seeking.

If you are black do not go they will treat you like you are something from outer space I had an appointment after waiting 35 minutes in a room that my dog found the floor very interesting enough to lick it I decided that the treatment that we received was very poor it hurts it hurts when people treat something that you love poorly it hurts both the receptionist treated us not well I won't go into it thank you for your time.

We wanted to give this clinic a try, but after scheduling a month in advance, they had to reschedule us later (which was fine) and then we got a call that the vet was going to be late as well. We were already on our way in, and by pushing it back yet again I knew it would make me late for work. So - we cancelled and are going to try a vet that's capable of scheduling.
One of the things that drew me to them was their emergency hours - ya know, just in case - but if they can't even make their normal schedule work, it's scary to think I may be waiting for a drive from Terrebonne in the event of an actual emergency. So - moving on.
