Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Rivera attended Mississippi State University where he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1995. He then moved to the Brandon area where he practiced at Brandon Veterinary Hospital and at the Animal Emergency Clinic of Brandon. In 1999, Dr. Rivera became the owner of Fish Hawk Animal Clinic and has been serving our area since.

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
