Such a great experience! My husky swallowed a large portion of his toy. They induced vomiting and all is well. Dr Mortimer and Tori were awesome, very professional and supportive. I like their triage-style "war room" setup - large room helping about 8 other pets at the same time. In my case I was sitting on a couch holding my dog while Tori and the doctor knelt on the floor taking action - very cool and effective setup.great job ladies

Would totally give a 100 stars if I could. Thank you to your whole night time crew. Thank you for being caring, patient and kind. Thank you to Alec for staying by our side through the whole evening. Not sure where she would be without your team. Watching all of you in your element was impressive. You guys make a huge difference. Daisy is now home resting thank you

We came here due to our vets referral, early morning on a Sunday. We are so glad we did! My pup had an allergic reaction to a bee sting/spider bite. It was so scary, since his face was swollen. The team here at Vet Emergency were so nice and understanding. They saw us right away and treated him promptly. They were calm and comforted my pup, gave him his treatment and made sure he was fine before we left. Great supportive team! Plus they easily sent the reports to my vet, added bonus. Definitely recommend if you have a pet emergency.

I can't say enough good things about VEG, their doctors, techs, and all other staff. The attention they give to you and your baby is quick, efficient, loving, and exceptional. They were compassionate and actually listened and cared about the entire medical history of my dog. They were patient when I was operating on emotions and panic mode. They went above and beyond to make sure that both myself and my boy were comfortable and well taken care of.

Being able to stay with your pet, by their side, during such a scary experience for you both is critical. I am forever grateful that they allowed me to stay the entire night next to my little guy so that he wasn't scared. I spent more than 24 hours in this facility and watched them interact with other families, animals, and each other, and was impressed by their professionalism and love for each and every baby that came through.

My vet sent to me to The Veterinary Specialty Hospital after our stay at VEG and the difference in attention to detail, communication, and care was night and day. To everyone at Veterinary Emergency Group, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. Dug is feeling better
