As a new client of our animal hospital in Valley Cottage, New York, you can expect our full attention to your pet's needs. When you arrive for your appointment, our cheerful receptionist will greet you warmly. Once you are checked in, your dedicated veterinary assistant will lead you into the examination room and ask about your pet's medical history, current condition, and reason for your visit. The assistant will review the information with your veterinarian and prepare all the supplies needed for your appointment.

Regular appointment hours are Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the event that conventional payment options have been attempted and exhausted, an in-house payment plan may be set up. It must be arranged with a member of the management team PRIOR to services being rendered.
