Dr. Rugg and the staff at the Kingston Animal Hospital have been amazing with our kitten, Freya. Freya broke her femur and needed surgery to repair it. The team at Kingston Animal Hospital got her into surgery quickly. Their compassion and care have been awesome during this stressful time.

Kingston Animal Hospital is a truly wonderful place, and even better team of people. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Turner and Renee, who are the primary care givers I see here. From a heart breaking farewell to my beloved cat, to happy wellness visits for my pup-- these two bring a level of empathy and comprehensive care that I've rarely experienced in a vet clinic. I recently saw Dr. Alden for an urgent Saturday visit, and she provided such attentive care and was so reassuring. I'm so grateful to have found this practice and skilled veterinarian team.

Just had my puppy neutered here 2 days ago. I thought at least the vet could of called or come out and talked to me. The vet technician brought him out with discharge instructions. Was told to call with questions or concerns. I do have concerns and called at 9am this morning and was told they would get back to me in 2 hours, 6 hours later and no retuned call. If they are that busy and can't even check up on there patients after surgery than maybe this isn't the place for us.

They're one of the only places around that neuter rabbits. It was very affordable and they handled our little guy with such care. When we picked him up, the doctor brought him out and answered all the questions my ten-year-old had. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Turner performed our dog's surgery today to remove a tumor on his eyelid. She is very kind, caring and professional! She's honest about what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend Dr. Turner! Dr. Rugg and Dr. Alden are also very good! We highly recommend Kingston Animal Hospital.
