Sunbury Animal Hospital Sunbury Animal Hospital was started in 1952 by Donald C. Kamsler, VMD. It started on Catawissa St in Sunbury. In 1971 Dr. Kamsler built a new building by the Shamokin Creek. Sadly in 1972 there was a terrible hurricane which destroyed the animal hospital. The doctors practiced at a warehouse until the hospital on State Street was completed in 1973.

Sunbury Animal Hospital now has flourished into an 24 hour, 8 doctor practice in a 18,000 sq ft building. At Sunbury Animal Hospital our mission is to provide the highest standard of veterinary care to our clients, their pets, and the agricultural community.

Reading Pet Food Labels
Report
If your AAFCO label states that the food is good for all life stages, that includes puppies/kittens up to geriatric pets. Adult pets should have food that is formulated specifically for them. This means that they can change the ingredients of the dog food for up to 6 months without reporting it. For example. the beef flavored food may actually have chicken or fish.
