Ive been taking my fur babies for the past 6-7 years and will continue using their service as long as I own any animals. Ive been very pleased with the handling and care they provided for my fur babies since they were a few months old. Everyone I interacted with has been friendly and caring. They comforted me with the death of my cat that suddenly became ill and despite being a walk-in they made me feel as if I had been going there for years. I was so impressed with the treatment I had there that I made appointments for my other cats to establish them as patients at St. Francis. So, yes I will recommend St. Francis Animal Hospital to every pet owner I know in Augusta!

This was the BEST experience for me and Cinnamon. Dr. Crandle was informative and warm. She answered all my questions and educated me on new things. The receptionist during check in/out was very helpful and welcoming. This is where Cinnamon will be going for all her care

Thank you, St. Francis for your kind and compassionate treatment of our beloved Zelda. Although she would not recover, she went to sleep in my arms. The look of pain on her face replaced with a look of utter calm. It was what we needed to see to add to our joyful memories of her. You were wonderful, I highly recommend.

From saving my dog from a stranger poisoning him to creating an emergency ICU for my goats, these guys have gone above and beyond for their patients. Their VIP plan is amazing and my animals have always been in the best of care. I stayed with them 9 years until I had to move. It was quite sad to leave and know I won't get this level of amazing care anywhere else. I'm tempted to travel back just for their great care!
