General Wellness
Our annual wellness exams ensure pets maintain optimal health through preventive care. These check-ups are legally required for prescription medications and allow early detection of potential health issues. Our veterinarians conduct thorough physical examinations, discuss dietary and behavioral concerns, and create customized care plans tailored to each pet's age, breed, and lifestyle needs.
Dentistry
We provide comprehensive dental services including annual exams and professional cleanings. Our treatments prevent periodontal disease and systemic infections by removing plaque buildup. Services include dental X-rays, extractions when necessary, and oral health education for pet owners to maintain proper dental hygiene between visits.
Vaccinations
Our vaccination programs protect pets from contagious diseases through tailored schedules. We administer core vaccines required for all animals and recommend additional immunizations based on lifestyle factors. Our staff explains each vaccine's purpose, potential side effects, and proper timing to ensure maximum protection while following state and local regulatory requirements.
Soft Tissue Surgery
We perform various soft tissue surgical procedures for non-bone-related conditions. Common operations include spaying/neutering, mass removals, and gastrointestinal foreign body extractions. Our surgical suite features advanced monitoring equipment, and we provide detailed pre-operative consultations and post-operative care instructions to ensure smooth recoveries.
End of Life Care
We offer compassionate end-of-life services including euthanasia, cremation, and burial options. Our team provides emotional support during difficult decisions and explains memorialization choices. We maintain a quiet, private room for farewell visits and offer follow-up resources to help owners cope with pet loss.

We have used this office for 14 years and recently the service we recieved has been incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wish we were treated with respect and made a priority. I suppose telling a person they will call with results on a specific day and fail to call, making them wait 4 days for important results is acceptable. I continue giving this office chances because of how i was treated in past as well as my oldest animal.
Even after a terrible experience with one of the vets i normally do not use and needed for an emergency - resulted ultimately in putting down one of my animals, i tried again. I hope that this review shows that loyalty is important to your clients and that i am so disappointed.

Dr. Reilly was there for us every step of the way when we had to put our beloved cat to rest. She was honest, professional yet compassionate. Today, I had to pick up my cats ashes. Their vendor of choice does a beautiful job. Cape May Vet makes a very sad experience much easier to handle. Thank you for everything!
