I don't write bad reviews especially for my local businesses. But, this experience needs to be heard. Today will be the second time I have had a emergency and been pushed off because they are too busy. I guess I'm not too busy too watch my beloved pet suffer. We appreciate everyone who works here! Everyone is so friendly, caring and thoughtful. Our pugs Rosebud and Hazel are always greeted with a warm welcome and sometimes a few giggles too! Dr. Plantz is awesome! There isn't enough space for me to express what a great vet she is. Thank you to all of you at Countryside!

I'm disgusted. Our vet misdiagnosed, i understand that. But I called at 730 in the dot when they opened and my dog was SUFFERING and I gave a detailed description and was BEGGING and didn't get a call back until 3:55 pm. 2 hours after we were able to get another vet to come to our house to put him down. I will never step foot in this place again.

We were at our previous vet for over 30 years, things changed and we had to move on. We found Countryside and I wish we would have made the change years ago. The kindness, genuine sincerity and respect is truly First Class! When it came time that we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, they treated the situation with such love. Dr. Misty LeMoine showed such genuine compassion and kindness, it made a horrible situation a little more bearable.
Then a week later we received the sweetest condolence card with a paw print of our dogger that passed. This act of concern and kindness only cemented our love for this Veterinary Clinic. Our animals are part of the family, they far surpass just being a pet. Countryside acknowledges that in everything they do & in the way you and your furry family member is treated. They are the only place I would recommend.
