My review keeps getting deleted but my dog's suffering should be heard. I took my American eskimo Laika here when he broke his leg falling into a storm drain on a walk. They put him in a cast and instructed me to confine him to a crate. They scheduled a followup to remove the cast a LONG time later and I asked are you sure you don't need to checkup on the way it's healing sooner? No, not necessary, just keep him confined he'll do OK.

I brought him back in to the appointment for the cast to be removed, and it was obvious that absolutely no healing had taken place and the bone was still very badly broken. I was absolutely nauseated at the suffering my poor dog had been through. Got him out of there and straight to a surgeon in Seattle. Surgeon said that this type of break (straight across) should never have been casted. It would never have healed that way. Surgeon fixed him right up, but I'm still so ashamed that I listened to these awful people and allowed my beautiful sweet dog to suffer like that. Very very disturbing experience.

Very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. My shiba inu typically pouts after vet visits that include shots and blood work however she came out of the office happy and ready to play! Thank you for taking great care of our baby!

Dr. Amy was amazing. She helped me figure out all the paper work to get my dog to travel internationally with me. After talking to over 10 veterinarians, I learned Dr. Amy was top class and knew exactly what she was talking about. She was able to fit me in within a week because my travel plans required it. The entire staff was friendly and respectful. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. Thank you A Small Animal Hospital for the support!

I have a beautiful, loving long hair orange tabby. All I can say is, my poor cat. We dropped him off at 11:00 AM for a "shave and bath". We were informed that our cat "was bad" and needed to be sedated. So the total cost for this would have been $250. I know that we were being overcharged, , but wanted our baby to feel better. After a few hours the vet office sent us this picture (being freshly shaved), saying that "someone in our family cut him".

The vet then proceeded to tell us that he needed to be put under anesthesia and intubated to have this surgically repaired, which would have been an estimated at an extra $300. I personally talked to the vet, telling her that our cat was not cut at home. She disagreed with me. I advised the vet not to put my cat under anesthesia, and that we would be picking him up now. (4 hrs later).
