Spotless facility that accepts Care Credit. These people truly care about me and our dogs. The level of skill and care is exceptional. Dr Nicole, Nicole, and the rest of the team explain everything and answer every question like it's the only question they've been asked all day. Their love, dedication, and patience has gotten our family through some of the scariest days. I love them all more than they know!

Good place to take your pet babies. Doctor is very good and knowledgeable. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Willow was a happy girl and the lady was super wonderful with her today. They made Willow feel extra special. Such wonderful hearts here.

The Janesville veterinary clinic East is a fantastic practice that has high quality veterinary Care at a reasonable price. My partner and I actually drive from Madison to this clinic because we feel that the engagement and price from the veterinarians and vet techs is far greater and reasonable. They are always willing to answer questions and will ask you about running a test before they do it and charge you without any consultation. Their dog treats are also fantastic; fresh hot dogs, liver and cheese. A dogs paradise.

The staff of vet technicians along with Dr Mike were absolutely wonderful with my 16 year old cat Riot. When it came time to make one of the hardest decisions a pet owner has to make they were all extremely supportive. Can not thank them enough it meant alot to me!

Been through 3 other vet clinics. This was the best vet appointment I ever had. I have an incredibly nervous/fearful shih tzu and he had all his shots today with zero issues. He was surprisingly good friends with the vet and assistant by the end of the appt. Great job Sarah and Dr Kaitlyn. Thank you.

Use to love this vet.then they became obsessed with drugging dogs. So I started doing shots myself, now getting bs over heartguard because my dog "missed" a visit. Of course he missed it, did the shots myself because I'm not drugging my dog to appease some vet who doesn't know how to approach or deal with dogs.
