Dr. Siess was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Flagstaff to attend NAU. She fell in love with the mountains, so she made Flagstaff her permanent home. Dr. Siess started working at Westside in 2008 as a veterinary technician where she quickly made the clients and patients her family.
Staff
Report
Michelle has been our Practice Manager since November of 2021. She was previously in retail management, but joined our family because of her true love of animals. She has a dog named Pepper who she loves more than anything! Her favorite animal is a pig because they are incredibly smart and cute. She has been on the game show "Get a Clue" with her mom and sisters, but unfortunately didn't win. When she isn't at work, Michelle enjoys reading, watching movies, and ghost hunting! Chelsea is our in-house "cat whisperer".

Surgery
Report
Please note: surgical procedures require a 12 hour fast unless the patient is under 6 months of age. Do not feed your pet after 12:00 midnight the night before surgery. Water can be given at any time. Pets under 6 months of age may eat and drink normally before surgical procedures. Pre-anesthetic bloodwork and/or IV catheters are strongly recommended for surgical procedures and are required for patients over the age of 5 years. When you place your pet in our hands, you trust us to provide your pet with the best possible medical care.
