Our doctors utilize the online Veterinary Information Network (VIN) to link themselves to specialists around the country. Dr. Winning graduated from Colorado State University in 1997. She practiced in Montana for over six years before coming back to her home state of North Dakota in 2003. She joined Valley Veterinary Hospital in 2006 and became a partner in the clinic later that year.
