North Concho Veterinary Clinic was established in 1970 with the goal to provide complete and compassionate medicine, surgery, and preventive care to pets of all ages, while building long lasting friendships with pet owners throughout the San Angelo community. Purchased in 2005 by Dr. John E. Russell, D.V.M., this continues to be our goal. Because of Dr. Russell's caring and compassionate care for animals and his investment in education and technology, our clinic has been able to expand and grow, and provide the most up-to-date care to our patients.

Our veterinarians, technicians, and staff members work hard to provide your dogs and cats the highest level of quality care. Dr. Russell was born and raised in Grady, Arkansas. He is the youngest of six children.
