Report
The Spartanburg Humane Society offers a second chance for pets who can no longer stay in their homes. Whether an animal comes to us from the City of Spartanburg Animal Control or from a former family, it is treated with love and respect here with us. If you are considering surrendering your pet because of a medical condition and would like help, please contact the Spartanburg Humane Society Veterinary Clinic. We understand that some circumstances cannot be overcome and we offer shelter and care for these pets.
Adopt
Report
Come in to our adoption lobby with a list of animals from our website you think might be a good fit for your family. Our adoption counselors will ask you a couple of questions about your lifestyle and day to day life and make some additional recommendations that they think would be a good match for you to meet with.

Education
Report
Educating our community about homeless animals, solutions to pet overpopulation, compassionate and responsible pet care is an important part of our core mission at the Spartanburg Humane Society. We know that no one is ever too young or too old to learn or to explore their love for animals. Our Humane Education Department offers opportunities for all ages.
