Daniel Island Animal Hospital was founded in 2004 by veterinarian, Dr. Lynne M. Flood, to provide convenient, personalized care to the many family pets who share the homes, parks, and trails of our island town. Over the years we have enjoyed growing with our community: forming a skilled and compassionate team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

Our hospital is located on Daniel Island (I-526 exit 24), with ample parking behind the building, and easy access on and off the interstate from anywhere in the greater Charleston area. Follow Seven Farms Drive through two stoplights. We are the first building on the left after the pond (two story brick building with a flat roof).
Wellness

We recommend scheduling a wellness visit for your pet every 6 months. During this appointment, our doctors will do a thorough nose to tail physical examination, address any questions or concerns you may have, update routine vaccinations and laboratory tests, and make recommendations based on their findings.
Medicine

We suggest calling our office when symptoms of illness or injury are first noticed. Our support team can help you determine if a doctor's visit is needed. Appointments can typically be scheduled within 24 hours; emergencies are always accommodated immediately. Our hospital is equipped to provide the general laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and pharmaceuticals needed to identify and treat common ailments our four-legged companions face. There are many reputable companies offering pet insurance, VPI being the most popular among our clients.
