Labeling the Hancock, Cave Springs, and the Osage locations as sister locations is actually pretty deceiving because they do not have a shared record system. In the future, please notify existing customers from the other sister locations that they need to bring proof of rabies vaccination more than two hours in advance of their appointment.
Had the Osage location notified me of this earlier in the week by leaving a voicemail or sending an email (as I dont answer calls from unidentified numbers anymore because of spam calls), I would have contacted my vet at their sister location and had the shot records sent over. Additionally, this stipulation isnt located on their website or on their shared web-based appointment booking system.
Instead, by supposedly notifying me two hours in advance of my appointment that I needed to have the shot records, I wasnt able to have those records sent over because my vet was closed. This was incredibly frustrating and I will now have to delay their appointment for another three weeks because I will be out of town for the holidays.

We're delighted with the exceptional care provided by Osage Vet. Whenever I contact them by phone, the staff displays kindness and compassion, taking the time to address my concerns. We've been dealing with some health problems related to our Nori pup, and Dr. Huber devoted almost an hour to discussing all our questions and developing a comprehensive plan. We feel fortunate to have discovered an office with such empathetic individuals.

Dr. Newberry and staff here are wonderful! We were so worried about our dog Rylie being sick and didn't want to go to the emergency clinic due to such negative reviews. Osage agreed to see him as a new patient on Saturday of a holiday weekend. They took great care of him and explained everything to us as they ran tests. They helped him to start feeling much better and the cost was quite reasonable. Thank you to all the team at Osage!
