The Veterinarians and staff at Acequia Animal Hospital are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Special recognition to Dr. Philpott who goes above and beyond in her care of her patients. Her ability to diagnose & effectively treat our pets has been beyond belief. Dr. Philpott and several of the staff are Fear Free certified which is very important to us, especially with one of our dogs who is older & anxious when out of his comfort zone. We highly recommend Acequia Animal Hospital to anyone seeking the absolute best care for their "fur babies".

When we put Zeus down the whole staff was very compassionate and we were able to go right into the room. No waiting in the waiting room for everyone to see me balling my eyes out. Dr. Fiorello has/was very understanding from time of diagnosing Zeus to him passing. She treated us like family and that really made the process easier. Thank you for all that you do and your staff!

After such a horrific experience with our long time vets office in relation to our pet falling Ill unexpectedly, this office of people were a literal God send. I sat crying in my prior vets office calling hysterically trying to find a vet that was able to see an exotic pet, they gladly said yes bring your baby in right away. They literally treated us and him like they knew us, like family. Kind and caring and compassionate to our situation.

Even though our sweet boy passed away, they literally did everything possible, displayed concern and care I hadnt experienced with my prior long time vets office. I have since moved my other pet over to this office due to this experience. I firmly believe our pets are family and to know that this office has such kind and caring people to care for my pet makes my life so much easier. I cant recommend them enough!

Our dog had not been eating and had been very sluggish. We were able to get in to see Dr Philpott. She is absolutely amazing. She was informative, very caring and gentle with our little pup, and easy to talk to. We didn't feel rushed - she was extremely patient with us and our questions. Thank you, Dr Philpott!

Extremely poor customer service. My dog was set for a dental appointment but needed previous records from another clinic. The office made no attempts to get those records and bad mouthed my previous vet for not giving the records. I called my previous vet who was extremely nice got the records to me in less then 5 minutes. An extremely RUDE girl Darlene called to bad mouth an ex employee at their place of business stating it was their fault for the confusion.

This vet charged me for blood work and exam for my dog to get a dental which is no longer valid so stole my money. I have filed a better business bureau complaint and have disputed the charges. This clinic is scary. The fact that people like this handle animals is not ok. Darlene is a bad person she shouldn't be around animals or people for that matter. I would suggest taking your animals to anywhere else. After several years and 8 dogs seeing this vet because I'd the hatred from Darlene I will be going elsewhere
