After 13.5 years of bringing our sweet Harley to this vet, they were beyond wonderful when it mattered the most. We had to make the devastating decision to put our pup down after a long, fantastic life and the techs could not have been any sweeter. They let us sit with her as long as we needed, explained everything that would be done to keep her comfortable, allowed us to say our goodbyes as many times as needed, and showed true emotion as we grieved.All of this as they were ending their day but permitted us to still come in rather than let her suffer another night.
