I want to share this about East Bay Animal Hospital. My family and I recently put down one of our cats and a dog. They were precious to us, as you can imagine, and the whole process was a whirlwind of emotions. I sat in with our cat as Dr. Moore went through the process. She was so kind and concerned about my feelings, and, made a point of explaining to me what was happening, step by step. She asked if she could pray with me during the final moment.
She held my hand as I held him. I was sobbing the whole time. This was totally unexpected and so comforting. I will never forget it. I will trust her and her judgement with any pet I have. My mom and sister were there when our dog was put down. I know they feel the same way. Dr. Moore and her staff are good people. I highly recommend you let them care for your pet.

Brought my parrot here and they handled him very well. Made sure that he came out of his carrier on his own and wasn't forceful with him. The waiting room is pretty cool. They have a little lizard exhibit.
