After graduating from NCSU in 1994 Dr. Burroughs moved to Cerro Gordo, NC and began Columbus Veterinary Hospital in the old Ed Williamson store. This mixed animal practice grew steadily over the next several years. Dr. Martin joined the staff in June 2002. In 2003 Dr. Burroughs consolidated the Columbus county offices into one state-of-the-art tiny animal facility in Whiteville.
