We are both Milwaukee area natives and graduates of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Veterinary Medicine. We each have over sixteen years of knowledge in private practice concentrating on medicine and surgery of cats and dogs as well as birds, tiny mammals and reptiles.


Our expert team strives to care for your pet in the most thorough and compassionate manner possible. We emphasize preventive medicine and customer education. We provide a complete complement of veterinary services and holistic treatments. Preventive Medicine : Health examinations, vaccinations, heart worm testing, blood and urine analysis as well an ECG are recommended annually.


He opened the hospital in 1955 and operated the practice for nearly forty years before he passed the business to his associate, Dr. Thomas Christie in 1992. Dr. Christie took over ownership of the practice and Dr. Braun continued as an associate veterinarian until December 2001.
