Joshua M. Halper, D.V.M. Dr. Josh was born into a family of eight kids on a New Jersey dairy farm. His 1st job after graduation was working in an equine practice. He then switched to a mixed animal practice in eastern Ohio and later worked in central New Jersey at a tiny animal practice. In 1994, after many discussions with Dr. Goldstein, he acquired Hillview.
