Dr. Kelly gained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University in 1994, and performed her internship at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego, CA. She completed her residency in oncology at both The University of Pennsylvania and Veterinary Oncology Services and Research Center in West Chester, PA, where she worked as an associate until 2001.
