Easy to schedule appointments though they are a bit out. Friendly staff. Need to wear a mask!

The staff was friendly. I have checked a stray cat for microchip and have had my dog PTS here. Price was quoted and no overcharge. Dr. was professional and caring.

Chewy had to have his stitches out from an emergency surgery. The staff takes great care on my sweet boy. They answered all my questions.

As much as they are extremely helpful and very nice I just wish that then you call that someone would actually answer the phone rather then always having to leave a message to have a call back. I trust my dog going here and when we got our puppy a while back I wasn't sure where I wanted to take her but tried here and they have been such great help and my puppy loved going here and the info they gave us was very helpful.

Also the fact that they have medication in the building if its needed is great and not really that expensive I was afraid her initial visit was going to be super expensive but it wasn't i would definitely recommend this place!

They are like the others as you have to wait in car. They were prompt to the scheduled appointment and charged the customary rate. Dr. was informative and polite. Appointment was for health check for upcoming spay and neuter for my two puppies.

Been coming to Yelm Vet for over 4 years with 4 animals. Covid has changed the appointment management process and it isn't working very well. If you get an appointment it generally a month out, so don't plan on emergency visits. If you do, plan on waiting. I got an appointment for a "walk in" and have been sitting in my car for 2.5 hours waiting to be seen. Very disappointed.

I have never experienced worse customer service than I have at this vet. Please save yourself the time and troubles, and go elsewhere. I should have known it was a red flag when they were able to get me in for an appt as a new client within 2 days. As you know, many vets are not taking new clients, and if they are, booking is months out. You will receive a different answer to your question every time you call.

The puppy plan is a joke, I signed up with this plan on Saturday. On Monday, my puppy was extremely sick (vomited 12 times & was having diarrhea after medicine and a shot they had given.) I called between 9-10 am and was told they could not take her in, they were busy today and I needed to go elsewhere. It's crazy because If I did not sign up with a puppy plan, they would have gladly taken her and charged me an emergency fee and all these other fees.

This vet only cares about racking up a bill and taking your money. The 3 minutes or less I was able to speak with the vet (on the phone from the car during the appt) she was not very friendly. I will never be going to this vet again and caution everyone to go elsewhere.

They are good Veterinarians and good people with big hearts. My Lil sister's 7 month old puppy had run off to the back of our property and was attacked by something. We got him to Yelm Veterinarian as fast as we could! The Vet working that morning ran outside with me to our car to assess Red immediately. His injuries were too extensive for them equipment wise.

She referred us to an animal hospital who was able to help us. Yelm Veterinarian Clinic never charged us for this. Most Veterinarian clinics charge $50 for an assessment without treatment. I have never forgotten this. I am loyal to this Clinic for revealing their hearts to me. For being compassionate good people.

Dr. Thomas is the BEST! I have referred everyone I know to her. She's real, always has the best interest for you & your animal at heart. She answers all my questions & I usually have a lot. lol The great staff helps too. Sometimes it's hard to get through, and you might have to hold- when calling, but I think it's because others know how great it is. Definitely worth the wait when calling.

Very kind and friendly. Unfortunately our last visit was the last one with my service dog as he was dying and had to be put to sleep. But they were awesome and even tho there is a pandemic going on allowed me and my partner to be with him as they gave him medicine and let us stay as long as we needed to. They followed my wishes with his cremation and everything came back very quickly. I'm so greatful to Yelm Vet from helping me and my service animal with our end of life options and for being so kind.
