Our Purpose: The Teams of Muskego and Wind Lake Animal Hospitals are committed to providing compassionate, quality veterinary healthcare for our patients and education for our clients to enable them to be active partners in this purpose. Each of our locations offer a full service veterinary clinic emphasizing preventive medicine.
Our goal is to provide quality, compassionate care for your companion. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to veterinary care. We would like to remind you of our policy regarding missed appointments. A missed appointment is when you fail to show up for an appointment without a phone call, or cancel without at least 24-hour notice.
We monitor our patients closely to keep them as safe as possible during procedures that require general anesthesia. A veterinary technician will continually assess your pet's heart and respiratory rate, . For some procedures, your pet will need to be administered general anesthesia so that he or she will be unconscious and not feel pain.

Dr Kafura was extremely patient and thoroughly explained our dogs condition and possible medication changes. He is currently advising us of the changes that are needed. We have no complaints of any kind as to all of the employees at the Wind Lake Animal hospital, each and every single person was patient, helpful and very courteous.

Always take such great care of my little furballs! I recently adopted a rescue from TX with some intestinal issues. They were amazing and really helped ease my mind.

According to the receptionist, I cannot have a phone consultation with an actual Veterinarian because my cat hasn't been physically seen in 2 years, thanks to the virus and they changed their hours shortly after the pandemic. I can't recall the details on the hours, regardless, my cat is the feisty and can snap. I had her at 4 weeks old. I told her my concerns and we have to give her medication for any type of travel, or appointments.

And it's in her records. I stated, she's getting worse. And I'm afraid my only option is to surrender her, but she can be loving. I think she has emotional issues and wanted to know what my options are. She's clearly in need of medication for what is ailing her. The receptionist left it in her hands that was my only option! No veterinarian appointment between two adults necessary.

We don't need her seen yet, I was willing to pay for a consultation first. Well, I wonder how this receptionist can sleep at night with my only option being to put her down. ZERO STARS! For the least empathetic veterinarian practice ever. Unreal!

We took our wonderful dog Sammy to their Muskego location where we received the most outstanding care for Sammy. We had spent over $1000 at another vet clinic on multiple tests to figure out Sammy's diagnosis and we came here to get another perspective and within 10 minutes the wonderful vet found a large mass and was very informative, compassionate and caring with her recommendations for further care.

We were so impressed with the vet and trusted her completely. We highly recommend Muskego/Wind Lake animal hospital. Both of the ladies at the front desk were more than welcoming and very empathetic and caring upon finding out about Sammy's mass. The vet tech did a great job and was very thorough. We give them five stars all around and I would rate our experience the best vet experience we have ever had and I have taken my animals to various vets in my lifetime. Thanks to all the staff for your help.

From the front desk to the CVT to the Doctor this place is fabulous! They care for my pets as much as I do. They handle the situations better than I ever though and also always so compassionate!
