We highly recommend Wilderness Animal Hospital. They have cared for our pets for 25 years or so. Bernie is a new addition to our family. He is a rescue dog and has a few issues but is improving steadily. The vets and techs at Wilderness have been so gentle and consistently aware of his special needs that we have had very successful visits. We are very grateful for their efficient, effective and professional care.

Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, helping us nervous new puppy parents give our skittish anatoulin mix the time she needed (with "happy visits")to build confidence and positive associations with the vet experience. Our pup made me so proud on her last visit when she rolled over to let the vet tech rub her belly, and was jumping up at the desk to say hello. Quite a different gal that the scared and jumpy one we brought here two months ago! I definitely recommend this place!

Very good vet. We just started taking our pets here and received great care. We have two cats and a dog and were able to take them all in at once. Each animal got the right care that they needed as well. We got some recommendations for medication for our animals and great care instructions for our fatter cat. We'll definitely be back!

Been taking my dog here for a year now and they are awesome. I decided to take my dog here from a recommendation from one of my friends that took their late dog here as well. Even though there are much closer options for me, I haven't regretted my decision. The staff is friendly and you can tell they really care for their animal patients. They will check you in ASAP and the wait to see the vet is usually minimal.

The rooms are well maintained and cleaned often. The vets are usually quick to offer advice and a plan moving forward regarding anything that ails your pet. They also make sure your pet is up to date with all vaccines as well. Be on the look out for their wellness plans. They offer comprehensive benefits for those who don't have pet insurance plans or to supplement their insurance.

I took advantage of the puppy plan as my insurance didn't cover neutering procedures and my out of pocket costs would have been more than the plan price. These plans also cover annual visits, regular visits, vaccines, stool lab testing, blood testing and parasite testing. My dog had a yeast infection in his ears and they recommended an ointment treatment that they mix at the clinic.

His ear scratching and whining greatly decreased after the first couple applications and he has been infection free for a while now. They also offer surgery and neutering services. Only drawback, is that they don't offer any boarding services but it's understandable as the space that they are in is limited.

I was elated at the thoroughness, time spent, and communication Dr Tate and his team provided. All our questions were thoughtfully answered and I feel like Riley now (finally, after a few duds) as the best care for her. Bonus points for letting pet owners back into the rooms with their animals!

I'm still new to this clinic but I appreciate their reliability and responsiveness. My only complaint is their prices- especially for meds, tests, and X-rays. They are amongst the highest prices - if not THE highest - I've ever paid anywhere else (and we used to live in Bellevue!) In my most recent experience they charged me &52.00+ for a probiotic that I could have bought off Amazon for $21.00. And their fecal was $89! Next time I will certainly be asking ahead of time about any over-the-counter meds that I can purchase myself.

When I first got my puppy Archie, I turned into "that" dog mom, he is treated like my own child and incredibly spoiled and honestly holds such a huge place in my heart. This vet has been absolutely amazing in understanding that, answering any questions when something arose and was worried etc. A couple weeks back Archie got a bladder infection and they got me in the same day with their emergency exam appt.

Which is very hard especially with short staffed vets. Dr. Tate was extremely kind and helped me through the process being a stressed dog momma. He does prescribed antibiotics right away and Archie was better that next day and healed wonderfully. Yesterday, Archie had his neuter appt with Dr. McReynolds and wow, I am so thankful for how amazing, understanding and kind she was to me over the phone.

She has several surgeries yesterday and still made an effort to make sure I wasn't stressed and to let me know Archie did great. I also have always been greeted nicely from the receptionists. Archie loves to come here and so do I! Absolutely recommend

I have nothing but good things to say, from the moment I walked in to the end of the appointment everyone was so nice and kind to my puppy and I. Nurse and Vet were knowledgable and patience with my puppy. I highly recommend Wilderness Animal Hospital.

Seamless visit. Our normally anxious and fearful dogs were happy going in and happy when they came out. Our question about a medication was answered promptly and successfully.

I'm not sure if they have new management but it's not what it used to be, and it's disappointing. I've been taking my dog here for over 14 years and getting her nails trimmed by them. Millie is deaf, and has severe anxiety and it's very difficult to get her in and out of there. Upon calling to schedule a nail trim I was put on hold and another person came on to inform me she needed an annual exam and rabies shot before they would do the trim.

I begged them that she won't be around much longer, as her health is failing and she just needs her nails trimmed so she can walk more comfortably around the house without slipping. They said they had to get approval and would call me back. The next day they called and said sorry it's their procedure and nothing they could do. Again, begged them it's just a nail trim, and I've been a loyal customer for over 14 years and it doesn't make any sense to pay over $150.00 for an annual and shots when she's so old.

When asked if perhaps a manager could call me to discuss she said she would make a note. Never did I hear anything back. Millie has now passed and I had it done in our home because I couldn't bare the thought of giving them any more of my money. It seems that customer service has gone out the window here and they care more about making more money than doing the right thing for their patients and customers. I'm super disappointed and wouldn't recommend them at all.

My boy usually doesn't do well in vets after his emergency trip for a surgery after being attacked, but this clinic made him feel safe and loved! They're fairly priced, and they take every measure to make sure we had everything we needed to help treat him. I'm so happy we found a vet that we BOTH love!

If you can get your animal here, do. Best people, best doctors, and Carol is the best administrator a place could ask for. Used to work for the company that owns this place, and this is the one location I would happily send people. Can't say enough good about Wilderness. When they say they care. the actually do. No lies, no salesmanship, just people caring about your pets as their own.

Wilderness Animal Hospital has served us well over the last few years. However, Wilderness is at capacity right now so can only make appointments a couple weeks out, meaning they will refer you to emergency care for non-emergencies. My 4-year old dog had a seizure last night so we took him to Blue Pearl Emergency Animal Hospital to rule out any immediate life threatening issues.

We hoped that our regular vet (Wilderness) would be able to quickly get us in for a more thorough evaluation, bloodwork, etc. We have to wait nearly two weeks. I would understand this for a rash, but for a seizure? Yikes. This is the second time this year we've run into a situation where we've had to call around to other vets to ensure that our sick dog is seen in a reasonable time frame due to Wilderness being at capacity. We do like Wilderness Animal Hospital's staff and veterinarians and hope that they are able to go back to providing their usual level of service soon.

We are so impressed with Dr. Teri for many reasons. She is very personable and honest and made us feel like we have known her for years. We just picked up our golden and because of vet tech Samantha we drove 1/2 away from our home to visit the clinic. We have had several Golden's and we were looking for a clinic that we could have a solid relationship of trust, compassion and not another wallet to be drained! We found it! Thank you all for all your great service for our Ruby Rae.

We've recently just established care here after moving and the first order of business was to get my kitty spayed. My cat, who doesn't usually like strangers, was only given compliments and warm comments about how great and sweet she was. Clearly she was very comfortable here which speaks volumes! Her surgery was done well and she's been healing perfectly.

Our vet is knowledgeable, professional, but still kind and personable. I can't wait to get my dogs in as well to establish care! I'd trust them with all of my beloved furry friends. If my cat likes you: you're clearly doing something right.
