White Pines was AMAZING! When every vet hospital we called were all busy, no one would give us an appointment, the first thing White Pines said to me was "we want to see your pet, we can fit her in at 3pm if you want". WOW! She was the only person who said that to me, (that they WANT to see my pet) when we got there, they took great care of Sage & Dr Braun was AWESOME! Thank you White Pines for being the kind of Vets that have heart! Paws up to the whole staff

I had a very positive experience. The staff were all great, the facility was clean and they got us in on time. The veterinarian took the time to explain costs and procedures. I love the fact that this veterinarian lets you go with your pet instead of doing the drop off, wait in your car that most of the others are still doing. I highly recommend this place!

The entire office is so friendly! My dog was loud, aggressive and very hard to deal with, but the staff did the most to accommodate to him and us! They made sure to not make him any more uncomfortable than he came & they were so friendly to not only him but us as well! I got my 4 year old dog neutered & he's been doing so well! Dr. Bennett is amazing & so kind, as well as all the nurses and staff.
They're very informative and make sure that you're aware of everything that is happening. They even called to check up on him to see if he's okay. Please take your pets here if you're looking for a great, professional, friendly pet hospital for any and all of your needs! Definitely coming back for his future needs : Thank you guys so much for caring for Zeus, he's so happy!

I don't leave reviews very often but I don't want anyone else to have the bad experience(s) we have had. First off, this is the most expensive clinic in town and their prices just went up. I could see paying more if the quality of service was great but unfortunately it is not. We took our Sheepadoodle in for an ear infection and they said they cultured it and it was yeast.
We got drops for her ears and a $300 bill. Two weeks later we were back as her ear infection wasn't ANY better and probably worse. They gave us the same drops and said "we will clean her ears all the way this time." well that would be good. We did this for about 6 months while cleaning her ears at home very regularly. Our dog was miserable and in so much pain!
We spent nearly a thousand dollars on repeating visits getting nothing but the same drops or ointments. (Which we discovered can be purchased at Petco for under $20) seriously, the SAME drops. We finally switched to another vet in town Silver Creek Animal Clinic. I was blown away by the massive price difference. Way less! The vet actually cultured her ears and it was NOT yeast, it was bacteria.
He treated them and she was better in a week with NO return symptoms. That clinic was fantastic! I will add that the front dest people are extremely rude and incompetent if you have any basic questions. The vet actually said to me "the front desk people don't know anything." What a way to talk about your staff.although true. I was 7 minutes late (my fault) and called to let them know but they made me reschedule when I got to the clinic.
This was when I had finally had enough switched. There are so many great clinics in the area. With having several visits I can say honestly say I would give this clinic one star or less. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews.

I was referred her by my regular vet because they couldn't get me in for about 3 weeks. Called the office and they had appointment times same day. Location is nice with lots of grass for pets, staff is friendly and truly loves the animals they get to see. Vet was knowledgeable and explained everything and was more than willing to help with all issues. THIS IS NOW MY PREFERRED VET HOSPITAL. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you to all the staff there!

This place is amazing. I live in Tooele county, about an hour away, but the drive to White Pine is worth it. My senior cat had an issue with her tooth, and White Pine was able to get her in right away. Dr. Kaminow is not only so knowledgeable, but he has the kindest heart towards animals and you can really tell that the staff truly cares about our furbabies. They explained everything so thoroughly, and took extra precautions with my cat because she has some extra issues that need to be handles with care.

I had never been to White Pine. My dog had something wrong with his eye on a weekend and I needed to get him in. White Pine was so kind on the phone, the wait was less than 2 hours (5-6 hours at other vets), they didn't over charge me, and all the staff was beyond kind. AND my dog has improved in less than 24-hours. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the excellent customer service and attention to my fur baby.

Everyone here is so helpful and a delight to be around! Dr. Davis gives the best treatment to my cat and makes me feel like she's always in safe hands, even though I'm very much a worrywart. I've gotten great follow ups after appointments and communication is always clear and concise and knowledgeable. They are very thorough and welcoming as well. Thank you for all you guys do!

This was our first visit. We are in Park City for several months during the year so had been meaning to find a vet in case our dog needed one. This visit our dog had a sore and swollen paw. We were able to get an appointment on very short notice. The Dr. was very thorough and clearly explained treatment and follow up. What a relief to find a vet we trust and like! They called ahead of time to get info from our local vet in Illinois and to better understand the situation. We were very happy with White Pine Veterinary Hospital

I do not know how to start in saying how much I appreciate White Pine Veterinary. My dog all of a sudden could not use her hind legs so I called my vet of the last seven years to get her in for an emergency appointment and they could not fit her in as they only had one vet on duty that day and were too busy, so I called White Pine Veterinary which my son goes to and they fit me right in and were great.
Everyone on the staff from the front people to the vet were great and caring, not just for my dog but for me and my family. I will be going to them from not on for all of my veterinary needs. Thank you so much.
