Our dog terry was treated very well by staff! Also my daughter had a blast! She loved the staff so much!

I've been taking my ferrets here for 2 years now. Each time the staff is so excited to see them & are so gentle with them. Their prices are very reasonable. If you need an exotic veterinarian, This vet is a great place!

The staff has always been professional and helpful in the office and over the phone. They have done an amazing job caring for my all of my dogs from the day I brought them home to the day I had to say goodbye. They have consistently provided excellent care, advice and attention to my pets and I trust them to continue to do so. Dr Baggs is obviously a busy vet, and his office is usually pretty busy as well, but he and his staff have always been considerate, taken the time to work any emergency I have ever had into their already booked up day, and he is very thorough with both medical advice and referrals should you need one.

I understand they see a lot of patients and sometimes have to be curt with the formalities and get right to the point of the visit and that just makes me more confident that they are trying to provide the same care my pets get to as many others as possible by prioritizing the patient over chit chat when they need to and I am grateful for that. I appreciate the fact that they stay medically objective to the patients while they still take into consideration the range of emotions pet owners can go through from time to time and it's obvious they care about their work.

This clinic is the most trustworthy & knowledgeable clinic in town! It is definitely the only place I will ever take my animals! Dr. Baggs is the best & is very caring and professional with my animals!

I made an appointment for my dog and cat hoping to establish a relationship with this vet for the foreseeable future, unfortunately it was a waste of time. Dr. Baggs (I assume he did not introduce himself) did not even come withing two feet of my dog let alone do an exam on him. He probably spent a total of 3 minutes in the room with us and spent the whole time talking, rarely let us talk about what has been going on with either of the pets or their medical history. I've given this a second star only because the technician was very nice and actually interacted with both of the pets. I've never been to such a rude and dismissive vet.

I went to the TAMU small animal hospital on the weekend and they charged me $900 and I waited 7 hours before they saw my dog on a Sunday night. I took my dog here the next weekend because TAMU didn't know what was wrong with him. They diagnosed him in 30minutes to an hour and charged me $59 including medication. On top of that they were incredibly respectful and helpful. Best vet in college station for sure.

I was searching for a vet as we are new to the area. This vet office is not complying with Covid-19 safety guidelines, not one staff member that we saw was wearing any type of face mask. I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience in November. We did not stay for our appointment. If they can't show compassion towards their fellow humans by following the recommended safety guidelines, I can't trust them to be compassionate and thoughtful towards my dogs care. 02/25/21

Sadly, this is the worse veterinary service I've experienced, far from professional, far from considerate. The service provided was detrimental to the health of my pets. We took In both our emotional support animals for procedures and it was not done right. We had to take them in to repeat the invasive procedure. After the second try, we noticed it was not done correctly, yet again.

I called the clinic asking multiple times to speak directly to Dr. Baggs. The phone receptionist, Marissa, acted like she didn't care. We paid a lot of money and now both pets have the same issue, their procedures were botched and the vet hasn't tried once to alleviate our concerns with his work, poor performance, bad customer service. I regret so much taking my beloved pets to him.

Staff was very courteous, informative and friendly. My puppy seemed to feel comfortable and they set me at ease as well! Dr. Baggs spent extra time with me for questions and treated us like we were the only patients he had. I had accidentally been a no show for a prior appointment, and no one gave me a hard time about it or even mentioned it. The fact they realize accidents can happen And treated me accordingly was a big plus. We are very happy to have found our veterinary home.
