I find it very weird that a manager/worker from this location is giving it a 5-star rating with no verbal review to back it up. Seems like a conflict of interests to me. This is just a fairly recently corporate-owned practice that is understaffed, and the staff that is here is underpaid. Consequently, there is a fairly high turnover rate, and a lot of services take longer than you would hope.

The actual workers here seem to be good people who have your pets best interest in mind. However, their corporate overlords do not see them, or you and your pets as living beings, but just a way to fatten their pockets.

They are amazing with my new puppy and give her all the love when they see her. Prices are very affordable. The vets do an awesome job at explaining everything you need to know and very thorough.

My puppers wasn't feeling well and I wanted good care for her. I found West Chester Vet online, made a call and was told she could be seen in 30 minutes. I drove from Delaware, based off of reviews! We were seen right away, and the staff and doctor were 100% wonderful! I couldn't thank you enough!

Helped me with my lovely Hyper Marie. Poor baby turned out having diabetic ketoasidosis and had to be put down. They took great care of her while treating. RIP hyper Marie!

Brought our senior pup here about 12 days ago when she fell ill, not knowing what was wrong with her. The receptionist was quite friendly and very helpful upon arrival. After evaluation including radiology, the vet still wasn't quite sure what was going on but recommended exploratory surgery and keeping her for a few days, which seemed a bit drastic without even having the X-rays read.

We elected to bring our pup home with us, they gave her some nausea medicine and a pain injection and told us a doctor would call within 48 hours with the results of the X-rays and suggestions pertaining to a way forward. Thankfully our pup has made a full recovery on her own but here we are 12 days later with no phone call with the results of the X-rays.

We called daily for the first 5 days with promises received every day that "the doctor will call you tomorrow". There was even a text message sent saying the same thing. At this point I can't help but think that perhaps the tests we were charged astronomically for never actually took place. I do not recommend this establishment outside of the friendly receptionist. Drive the extra few miles and take a chance on a different place that may have better communication and will prioritize the care of your loved animal.

My experience was wonderful. Everyone was kind caring professional and explain everything so that I could understand it. Even though I asked for testing that was unnecessary they told me so and did not charge me for something I did not need. My animals are like my children I treat them as I would a human being. I want the best for them so I would have done anything to have my animal not be in pain. The kindness they showed me was exhilarating. I also got an appointment right away on the weekend. Very professional and courteous I can't say that enough

My previously paralyzed pup gets his PT here. He's walking great now, all thanks to the wonderful staff and his customized "tune-ups"! The difference from him going in and coming out every other week is astounding! We very much appreciate the care and expertise of the Doc & her therapists that go the extra mile every time.

This used to be a great veterinary hospital until they sold it now it really feels like they're just about the money. The lack of customer service and revolving door of employees Hasn't helped them at all unfortunately I feel like they don't care about the animals and it's just about the bottom Line at all times

They verified that my 13 year old dog was in pain and did not hesitate to treat his pain with an injection. We opted to go the conservative route with treatment and they did not try to push X-rays or other procedures. I also did not think the bill was that high considering that this happened around midnight. The next day we took our dog to our regular vet and they had already received the report outlining their findings and treatment.

Our vet gave our dog the same injection for pain as the emergency vet did and it ended up costing the same. We were turned away by two other emergency vets that night; we were very pleased that West Chester vet did not do the same.

My girlfriends dog, Nala ate some moldy chicken, we think which made her get all types of weird in the middle of the night. This place really took care of her and made sure she wasn't gonna die that night. Tho it was $226.15 more then what the tech told us in the parking lot as he carried Nala into the building. Now 65 dollars of that was to some place all the way in Texas who was supposed to know what they needed to do and what treatments and medication that the dog needed. But the service was great at that time of night I didnt think we wore gonna be able to do anything for the doggo.
