Found here after searching endlessly for a guinea pig vet and a horrible experience with a well known tv famous place. I'm so glad I found Welleby. They explained all the different options to me for my piggies ailments, pros and cons and truly gave me the chance to make an educated decision about my piggies care.

We were in need of an exotic vet for our baby Guinea Pig, Kyle. It's difficult finding a specialist who treats cavies, but Welleby Veterinary Hospital not only treats these little animals, but also snakes, birds, or lizards. The facility is very clean, beautiful, and easy to locate. There wasn't any waiting time; we were taken in at our appointment time.

The staff was respectful, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and everyone made us feel safe and welcome. All of our answers were answered, and Dr. House spent a good amount of time providing detailed information regarding our concerns. We are very grateful for the services provided by Welleby Veterinary Hospital.

Jamie was amazing with customer service! I was calling all over for a vet to give me atleast some answer onto my bird because I can't afford a vet appointment right now so I was really trying to see if it was a urgent case and she told me everything I needed to look out for that would cause for a vet appointment! I love her!

Brought my rabbit here for the first time. Very impressed how fantastic all the staffs were. I felt very welcomed. The gentleman who took my appointment was very nice. The vet tech was so friendly and she handled my baby very gently even tho my baby got scared and ran/ jumped all over the exam room. The vet was super kind and professional. She's not one of those vets who push you to get things that not necessary done with your fur baby. She answered all my questions patiently and I didn't feel rush at all. $75 for regular check up was very reasonable. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!

I've has exceptional service. My puppy is having FHO surgery soon and they have made me and my puppy feel very comfortable through the process. Visit for an emergency but I will be switching over to full-time with them. The front desk Jordan is very helpful as well as Ally. Sarah has helped me to and she's been great. My dogs doctor is Dr. H and she's really cool and knowledgeable.

I took my baby there cause she has breathing problems and they took her immediately and checked we Quickly because she have a collapsed trachea, which Banfield is just OK for maintenance, but I feel more comfortable in taking her to a veterinarian because they did not recommend me at all like welleby vet did that she has a nasal congestion and he gave me medicine for her, which I truly appreciate it and the cost was way cheaper than Banfield to get some of her stuff that I need to checked. Thanks u so much for taking care of my baby.

Went on 8/21/21 for a checkup and blood work. Waited 20 minutes before being seen while other customers were taken in ahead. Additionally, staff working that day gave favorable treatment to other customers and acted like my dog and her needs were not important. Finally get to the room, and the assistant had the wrong reasons for why we came. Another vet checked out my dog but did not have her chart to know what was happening with my dog.

My dog has a heart murmur and the vet couldn't even check to see! I have been coming here for several years and never had issues such as these. Today I get a call from yet another vet who had not consulted with the previous vet before contacting me. Very poor customer service as well as continuum of care.

Everyone was very nice. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman up front was very welcoming. The nurse, Tara, answered all my questions. Dr. H was very informative during our visit. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is honest in their medical recommendations. Will definitely be bringing all my exotics back here!

Clyde (my Great Dane) and I love Welleby. Clyde is on constant allergy medication and they have been so helpful. Everyone is very nice and although Clyde is shy, he loves them. I have boarded him many times and he always comes back safe and sound, after other boarding places, he would have cuts or scrapes from other dogs being too rough. As long as I live in Broward, they are my only vet office I trust!

I've been taking my kitten here and I've had exceptional care each visit. The staff are SO friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The vets are so kind and take their time speaking with patients. You can tell that they all love and are passionate about the work they do. Would recommend to anyone looking for consistently great care for their pets!

After my Veterinarian passed away. I was left looking for a new Veterinarian. My rottweiler started peeing in the house and drinking excess amounts of water. So I decided to take him to Welleby Veterinary Hospital. Once I took him to his visit. The doctor decided to do a urine culture. After three days I got a call from the doctor's assistant. And was told that his urine culture results came back negative.

Then his assistant continue to tell me that the doctor recommended. To give my dog anesthesia for they can get blood and do a radiography exam. That would cost me a little over $800 dollars. I decided to get a second opinion. I took my rottweiler to another veterinarian. And showed the doctor a copy of my dog's urine culture results. From Welleby Veterinary Hospital.

Once the doctor saw the results. She told me my dog was Diabetic. Looking at the results the doctor saw that my dog's glucose levels were elevated. And put him on insulin immediately. So after the experience I had with Welleby veterinary hospital. I would not recommend anyone to take there animals here. You can not trust what they are telling you.

Please do your research before taking your fur babies here. My dog is doing well now. I give him insulin twice a day. I'm very fortunate that I found a great Veterinarian. That I can trust with the treatment that they are giving my rottweiler.

Service was great. Took my two Siamese cats there for check up and will definitely go back. Great energy and friendly staff.

Dr Zimandy is the best vet in South Florida. We bring our puppy Milo for his vaccines to Dr Zimandy all the time and she is always very nice and professional. She always very patient with us and answering all of our questions fully. She is also in a very good mood all the time The whole staff is very nice and they really care about the animals. You will notice this on your first visit. They are also following up on your puppy's condition through email. They really care about the costumers. Thank you for Dr Zimandy and the team

Easy making appointment, they attended to our little princess while we waited outside. Communicated via phone regarding her visit advising of services and costs. patient and all my questions were answered Vet and staff were all easy to communicate with. We will be back soon for Georgia to be spayed

Awesome hospital for reptiles! I searched and searched for a veterinarian who not only saw but KNEW, distinctly about turtles. My turtle needed immediate care as I had a feeling he had a respiratory infection, and they were able to see me as a walk in, without an extended wait! Kindest people, and very intelligent doctor. Definitely going to be his permanent vet!

He received proper care and treatment, and Mecca at the front desk- very awesome woman! Worked with me to get him in. And I cannot remember the vet techs name- but she was equally as a rockstar. Great group

I got my first puppy, Lupe and was recommended by a customer at my work to this vet office. On our first visit we we're seen within minutes of arriving and I've never had to wait in all of my visits. We see Dr. Hausamann and she is great! Lupe got all of her puppy shots at this office and needless to say we are clients for life. The front desk is great. Erica always greats us with a smile and is so warm and welcoming.

I didn't think I would find Lupe's forever vet on the first try but I am so glad that I did. My dog is not just my pet, she is my family and you can tell everyone there feels the same way. : If I could give them more stars I would.

I moved to Sunrise a few months ago, and I am SO happy to have found this veterinary hospital! Dr Zimandy was friendly and knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in her exam. She took her time explaining why my cat could be experiencing his symptoms, and discussed ways to treat it and prevent future issues. The hospital itself is also very nice and clean, and the vet techs and staff are all fantastic as well. I'm sure they show the same love to all animals. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area!

So our pup was having bad breath and really dirty teeth and a loose tooth. This was local and highly rated amongst my peers so we decided to make an appointment for a checkup for our pup. The staff were really friendly; the front desk woman was so warm and welcoming, with a great smile. We got in quickly and the vet tech was going over what they will be checking.

They took some blood work and we requested for nail trimming. They were thorough, quick, and welcoming. The veterinarian was so nice and professional. She went over what she was going to do during the procedure. She said our dog will be under light sedation. They provided us with the medication pre and post operation as well as directions. Our dog was out of it for a couple of days after the surgery but she is fine now.

Her breath no longer smells and her teeth are sparkling white. We had great customer service here and results so we are planning to use this as our go to vet. They also provide dog boarding. The lot is pretty big and the office is large and clean. You can tell they are caring and compassionate towards animals!

What an amazing place with the most loving, compassionate and empathetic staff. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I was referred to Welleby by another animal hospital for an emergency visit. Dr Willie is amazing! So glad I came here! They are Extremely thorough and explain everything to the pet parent. I will definitely be bringing in the rest of my fur children in for their future visits & unwanted emergencies.
