I just adopted a 7 year old cat that is having multiple physical and emotional issues from too many life changes in too short a time. Every member of Water's Edge Veterinary Hospital has been extremely helpful, caring for not further stressing my cat and assisting both of us through her transition to her forever home. A Plus!

Dr Barlow is AMAZING. you will be pressed to locate a better Veterinarian. As a breeder; she's been an AMAZING sounding board & is precise, HONEST & truly loves animals! Did I mention she's a Tufts Veterinarian Grad & might just be super human?!?! We love you Dr. Barlow & all of her Tech staff & Receptionists. Happy Valentines Day

I had 2 German Shepards over the 13 years. Dr. Barlow and her staff are very caring and accommodating. Preparing me for the times I had to say good bye and put my 2 boys to sleep. I can't say enough on how caring, understanding and professional they were over the years. Thank you Dr. Barlow, Kerry, Tracy and staff. Mike, King and Captain.

I will be switching to another vet asap. My dog suddenly started having seizures back in april. 4 total. Coincidentally the first one ever occured after he got the rabies vaccine that morning. In 12 years of his life he has never had a seizure. The vet refused to believe that there was a connection to the vaccine. We bring him for $300 worth of testing only to be told she dosent know why he's having seizures. Could be the weather and the change in the outside pressure. Are you kidding me?

This was my first visit to this Vet and I'm very happy with the service and care received. They fit me in on short notice for my cat, they were informative and responsive and thoughtful in his care. Kerry, Dr Barlow and the front desk reception were all wonderful. They will be my new vet going forward. Thank you for your understanding and caring treatment of Ozzy

Like others have said waiting is an issue. I have an appointment at 11 and don't get seen till 12 kinda sucks especially if you have to be somewhere. I understand, they have emergency walk-in and they take their time with patient answering any questions you have. They are excellent with everything else but time. Stuff is amazing!

The people at this place are amazing! They took our cat as a new patient no questions asked and treated him and us with compassion and respect. Every aspect of our visit was handled with the highest level of professionalism. We're grateful to have found Water's Edge.

If I could give a negative review I would. The treatment we had thrown in our face while trying to get emergency treatment for our pet was absolutely disgusting. The only good thing of this practice was the receptionist. After being directed by this "Vet" to go to a secondary practice for an emergency procedure, we drove up there, to find out that they DO NOT take these kinds of emergency-calls, when we were assured they absolutely did.

Obviously we contacted the Vet that sent us for the procedure, and they had the gall to throw back in our face that WE would have to make the calls ourselves. Because they "didn't know who did or didn't do those types of things". And when we rightfully called them out on wasting our time and effort when they as a Vet should know these things, they became belligerent and absolutely rude.

And got worse and worse, and more and more rude as we fought with them because as a practice they should know these things. I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone looking for a Vet avoid this place.

My two year old rescue dog has only been a patient here for a year. I've brought her two times for shots and a check up! Found them very thorough and pleasant. my dog is a very nervous one, they handled her just fine! Pretty reasonable on their prices as well!
