They are always treated gently and with care, from babyhood to end of life. And so are their humans. Kittens had nails trimmed yesterday: no bother to the kittens and Ginny had a great time exploring the work counter: basin, computer and everything else.

I've had a few bad experiences at this practice with my Staffy. The staff just are not able to handle a large fearful dog at all. Very disappointing service. I've now moved vets and they were shocked at how badly the Village Vets had handled our dog's case. They're a chain vet with no real care or consideration for the animals they treat. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. Only giving two stars because of location and the occasional nice vet I had dealings with.

First class care and attention was given to our little french bulldog Jem when she was in for her booster vaccination and health check. Andrada was extremely knowledgeable and informative.she obviously loves her job

Money orientated vet. Called for an emergency appointment, when I called they advised me this needed immediate attention (bank holiday extra cost) Unfortunately i lost my bank card and asked if I could possibly leave a cash deposit and call in Tuesday with balance (when banks are open) all of a sudden my pet did not need an appointment till late Tuesday. This discusted me. Paying customer for numerous years will not be returning or recommending to any one

Our 13 year old retriever became very ill and Cormac and the team cared for him and did their best to give him a comfortable end. We appreciate the care they gave Jake and us. We bring our other dogs down for routine things and always get looked after really well.

Recently my dog was bit on a walk by two dogs and was left with an open wound. This was on a Sunday and I noticed that the vet clinic was open on a Sunday which is great! I brought Indie down in a panic with an open wound and their manner was so lovey! They took her in as an emergency patient and ensured me it would be ok and they stayed back after the practice was to close to ensure that Indie would get all attention needed and stitched her back up! She left in great form and they were so kind to her throughout the entire process!

Not a great experience with recent visit with my dog Max for surgery to have some cysts removed. Dog is fully recovered. However :- Poor patient communications about extent of surgery Elizabethan collar too big - dog couldn't walk Stitches left in which should have been removed (returned on 2 occasions for that) Results of bloodtest (paid for) had to be requested and was simply told all OK. Requested printout which I received but no explanation of results Vets seem too busy to explain!

I would like to say thank you so much to the staff of Village Vets. My little dog Ellie was unwell. I was so stressed and upset as she is my baby. When I arrived at Village Vets the friendly professional staff had Ellie checked over and diagnosed within 15 minutes. I can't thank the staff enough for fixing Ellie and reassuring me, I am incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend the Village Vets.

The staff at the Village Vet were very helpful when I called in an emergency with my dog Hooch who had lost the use of his back legs. Caroline gave him a thorough examination and identified the likely cause. Hooch was made comfortable for long enough to get him through the night before bringing him to my local vet the next day. They carried him to my car and phoned the next day to check on his progress.
