Best vet I have found since moving from Jackson. Dr. Granger was very concerned about my English Bulldog and did a thorough exam, care and maintenance on her. Very thorough and shows a lot of care for the animals seen in this office. Way better pricing than my previous West Point vet. Honestly in love with the care and attention given by the doctor, nurse and clerical staff. A great experience from the first phone call to the end of the visit! Thank you so much for the care received today!

Today was my dog Dukes first experience at VAH! He got a bath, ears cleaned, nails clipped and updated vaccines! We love this clinic and Dr. Morgan is great! Thank y’all for taking care of big man!
BTW as soon as we got home he went and got in some mud… GO FIGURE! Peep his paws!

I have an exotic pet. There are few vets within a great distance that are willing to provide care for my Animal(African Grey Parrot). I have been going to Village Animal Hospital for over a year. I bring my bird in a few times a year. My last visit there was a complication with my birds care. Dr Morgan was as concerned with my animal as I was. My Bird had to be monitored for the next couple weeks for a potential life threatening situation. Dr Morgan and or her staff has stayed in constant contact with me regularly. Between myself and her staff I could not be more at ease that I am in the best possible care for my pet. She offered me 24 Hour messaging to her personally. Which is a very rare accommodation. She genuinely cares for both the pets in her care and their parents. If you life within an easy drive to Village Animal Hospital, you can rest assured you will be seen by people that genuinely care for your pet and the staff bend over backwards to make you feel confident you have chosen the best place to take care of your pet(children)!!

Dr. Morgan is the best vet my rats have ever seen! She is attentive, and takes the time to speak to you until all your concerns are addressed. I have had 5 past rats, and four current, and all have seen her as their primary vet, including my two dwarves. She has done multiple surgeries on my rats, and she is one of very few people I would trust to do so. She also has excellent bedside manner as well, which is important especially with animals with such short life spans. I really appreciate that she stays up to date, and that if she is unsure she will research or refer you to someone else. That is very much a positive in my eyes, because that means I can be confident in her recommendations and actions. Prices are also extremely reasonable, especially as a college student. If I come to her with a concern, that will be addressed, all options will be discussed, etc. Another reviewer referenced Dr. Morgan supposedly not handling a rat correctly, which I find to be......unbelievable considering how attentive Dr. Morgan is with my rats, and the fact that even if I dont have money for some high tech options, she offers them or offers a referral to the MSU vet school. Not sure what that is about, the care provided to my rats has been top notch, which is extremely important to me because my rats are actually ESAs at MSU for me. They are my tiny furry children.

Overall, I really cannot recommend Village Animal Hospital enough, especially if you have rats or other exotics! On a more personal note, something that really strikes me every time I go is that they remember my rats names, which a lot of vets don't really bother with. Also, she gives really good information and advice when it comes to end-of-life care. I have literally never had a bad experience at this vet, and I have been there a LOT over the course of having rats for 4+ years, and I am always impressed at the amount of information that Dr. Morgan knows about rats (which are sometimes overlooked), from the fact they need to have friends to be happy, to the fact you can't have anything like candles near them. That is another thing that makes me confident about this vet, because I feel like I can hand over my babies and not fret over all the many things I would have to tell most people about rats.

This may seem like an excessively long review, but I wanted to go into detail because really, village animal hospital (and Dr. Morgan, and previously Dr. L) have seen me in both great times and terrible times, and it means a lot to me that should something go wrong with my rats, they are only about 10 minutes away. So again, I highly recommend, I'd give them a 6/5 if I could because frankly they exceed what I normally expect when I go to the vet!

We absolutely love Dr. Morgan. She has such a kind and gentle nature and always makes us and our animals feel as comfortable as anxious animal can be. At your first visit they waive the $45 examination fee which is nice. They successfully diagnosed our old girl with urinary incontinence and with their help she only has accidents when her medicine schedule gets off. They are willing to work with your schedule and have always been able to see our animals quickly. My only negative experience is that they do not have many flea medicines to chose from and so far I have only been able to buy one month at a time. Other than that all of our experiences have been positive.

This Veterinary Hospital has been treating all our animals for 6 years. We board them here also when we go out of town. Dr. Lenarduzzi diagnosed my pet chicken with a neurological disease and helped us through her ultimately fatal illness. This Vet clinic has been thorough and attentive every time we need them.
