We know your pet is very important to you: a companion, a friend, a confidante and a member of your family. And, like any family member, your pet deserves the finest possible care. You will find the best emergency and critical care services available at 24/7 PetVets (formerly Veterinary Emergency Service). Established in 1975 by veterinarians in the Fresno area, 24/7 PetVets continues to have their support. We maintain the highest standards of excellence in pet care and we are proud of our state-of-the-art facilities and caring staff.

The highly trained veterinarians and staff at 24/7 PetVets are available to treat pets who are suffering from life-threatening trauma and disease. 24/7 PetVets is available for transfers from your primary care veterinarian as well as for walk-in urgent care needs and emergencies. 24/7 PetVets is equipped with continuous cardiac telemetry, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, in-house laboratory, digital radiographs (x-rays) and ultrasound. For pets that need oxygen supplementation, we have ICU units that provide an oxygen enriched and humidity controlled environment.

While your family veterinarian can diagnose and treat many health problems, certain diseases and conditions require the care of a veterinarian with specialized, intensive surgical training in order to provide the very best outcome for your pet. At 24/7 PetVets, we work as partners with primary care veterinarians throughout Central California; to provide your pets with surgical expertise in orthopedic, soft tissue, minimally invasive, neurologic, oncologic and cardio/thoracic procedures. With advanced staff training and a board-certified surgeon, we are the resource your veterinarian turns to when they want the very best care for your pet.
