Dr Moorman has been a wonderful vet for our various species of animals. We've tried a few in the area and she is just the best! Both sensible and caring - exactly what any good doctor should be. We're very thankful to have her as our vet!

So personable and kind. Both of my cats receive top notch care, and the vets and techs are so respectful to your needs and your pets.

Amazing service. The entire staff was compassionate and professional during one of the most challenging times in our lives. We are new to the area and did not have an established relationship with this office. Our senior pup, Misty (English Mastiff), was not well enough to travel to the office for care. Lacy was incredibly helpful and kind. She went out of her way to ensure we could schedule a "farm visit" to assess her condition.

When it became clear that we could not wait for the next day appointment, Jennifer was able to make an exception for emergency end of life care for our sweet girl. Dr. Brett was attentive to our concerns and explained the limited options for her well-being. We came to the conclusion that there was no treatment option that would give her quality of life. It was a heartbreaking experience that was made just a little bit easier with the care we received from these amazing, loving people. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I love this vets office. All the staff I've had the pleasure of meeting have been happy and truly look like they enjoy their job, and I think that is a great representation of the care given. The communication is amazing. Dr. Clarke will call and ask for updates, and I just find that to be a wonderful attribution. Dr. Ellis came out to my car and went over the exam, as well as bringing my cat back to the car.

It doesn't seem like much, but I've never had a vet take the time to do that, and definitely made a lasting impression. The approach to vet care is catered to the specific pet & owner. I highly recommend veterinary associates.

This was our first visit with our dogs. The veterinarian and staff took very good care of our dogs. They explained everything in great detail and advised us of options for various treatments. No pressure to obtain vaccinations or other services. Overall a very pleasant experience. Our sincere thanks to Veterinary Associates.

To say I have loved every experience I have had over the past 1+ years would be an understatement! Every vet I have seen at the practice has been wonderful! Dr Clark took excellent care of my 10yr old chihuahua for his dental! Went over everything they were doing and was extremely thorough! I felt very comfortable trusting her with his care and she would being doing what he NEEDED! Today's visit with Dr Brett was for my cat who had been sick the past week.

He was able to see him within the week! Which was great I know how hard this can be with how crazy everywhere is booked up! I have never seen a vet who worked that well with cats! He was very gentle took his time to introduce himself to my cat. He was very thorough with a care plan, and by the end of the visit my cat had went from growling to nuzzling.

What STANDS OUT at this practice. I feel that in past experiences that it is very hard to find a practice that doesn't push certain vaccines down your throat. They do not do that here. The treatment of animals! I have never seen anyone do a vet visit with my cat like was done today. Most of all I really felt the vets I have seen were doing this for the fur kids and not the money! I will continue to recommend them to my grooming clients, family and friends!

I've been trying to get my child-dog in to see a vet for months, with no success! Doctor said they were booked until October, so was the other vet down 68! I mentioned this to another pet parent and they said their wife takes their pet here! I decided to call them! What a huge disappointment, they are only accepting current clients so my dog can just suffer, wither up and die! And people wonder why people are losing it everywhere!

Dr. Clark is amazing and takes great care of our Shepherd Mena. She is very attentive and wants nothing more than to help her get well. Thank you Dr. Clark and team for always giving our pets the time and attention they deserve.

I came over to VA after my vet for over 20 years passed away suddenly a couple years ago, I was shocked at the prices for vet services all around. I was used to $15 office visits and $60 home visits- and opted for the home visits more then not because we have 4 large breed dogs and it made it more convenient. Having spent the past few years now with VA, I am very pleased by the care and service I've received and would recommend them to others.

I also appreciate their candor and willingness to have patience with me as I overcome the hesitation to deal with a new vet and the differences I've had to realize if I'm going to have someone I can trust to handle our vet needs.

WHAT?!?! A veterinary office that is not controlled by the pharmaceutical companies and every single employee is as amazing as the next! I didn't know what to expect as my experience with that has been mixed. I am definitely an informed consumer and care enough about my dog to not take someone's word for it! This experience was nothing but pleasant, no, that doesn't quite describe it! I, we, felt heard, seen, and absolutely 110% appreciated!

I popped in to use the restroom and there were two vet techs and the vet all loving on Gracie, my dog. She was so happy I barely got a glance. Dr Ellis, the vet, actually came out to the car in person, to talk to me and to get my dog. WOW. I mean this is how it should be but I've never been to an office that this is the way it happens. I'm sure it's different in non-covid protocol but I sure felt important and we all want to feel that way.

The appointment didn't take terribly long and then Dr Ellis brought her back out to me to finish discussing that day's treatment and to advise for future visits, always keeping costs in mind along with what is best for my Gracie. I don't think I could be happier and I absolutely recommend this vet and clinic especially if you're interested in alternative therapies such as chiropractics, acupuncture and laser therapy. On a more personal note, I did have to put this on a credit card but I'm willing to do that because it's what's best for my dog.

The team at Veterinary Associates' Xenia office has been magnificent with all our animals for nearly 20 years now! They are an experienced, knowledgeable, caring and personable group. We've gone through surgeries, acupuncture, serious illness and, thankfully, also regular well care with them with amazing results. I'd never take my furry friends anywhere else!
