Our veterinary hospital has been using iVet360 for close to 2 years. How fortunate that we had their advice during the pandemic which created so many HR questions that we had never dealt with before. Our management team at iVET360 has been exceptional! We love that they offer the full package of Human Resources, Finance and Marketing. Background- I have been an independent contractor with this company for about a year and half. Pros- As far as a being a client goes, they are pretty great, responsive to my advise and flexible when schedules conflict. I usually drop by their offices once every two weeks to check in, the work atmosphere is relaxed and I always feel welcome. They have a good sense for business and the workload has gradually increased over time (a good thing).

Their clients seem to enjoy them and, from what I've seen, tend to stick around. Cons- As the company has expanded they have sometimes placed a lot of work me at once, sometimes filling up my plate too much and making it hard balance their projects with those of my other clients. Ultimately its a good problem to have, but it definitely made me learn to manage my time efficiently.

I would give 6 stars if I could! The iVet360 team is amazing and certainly unlike any other consulting company I have ever seen. They have taken my hospital to the next level with creative and successful marketing strategies, clear and concise analytics, a complete overhaul of my HR department.the list could go on forever.
