Helpful and kind. Our cat is a little crabby and they were very careful and gentle with her.

Was able to get our dog in same day noticed an issue. Staff very friendly.

Always had a great experience. Been here 3 times, for 2 dogs. First time was to see Dr Erich Rachwitz for a consult on a broken canine. We proceeded with root canal and cap. 3.5 years later back in to check it and cleaning. The last time was with a 14 yr for a cleaning. Again Dr Erich. He is super nice, explains everything and very comfortable to be around. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Twin Creek Animal Hospital & I was very pleased with their service, care of my pug, & friendliness of the entire staff! This will be our vet in Bellevue!

Two of my dogs had their dentals and one tooth extraction done here and I cannot recommend them enough! The entire staff is beyond pleasant, communicates well, and were very kind to my girls! I knew the plan from the start and felt like Dr. Rachwitz did an excellent job of making sure that I understood everything. Our regular vet referred us here and I’m so thankful that she did!

We love twin creek and Dr. Olson. She's very personable, friendly, and genuinely cares for our dog! The facility is clean and close to home.

Dr. Finch and the staff here are an amazing, group of people and the most personable doctor. So glad to have had Dr. Finch care for my pup in his last moments. They were so accommodating and caring.

Dr. Olson is the best veterinarian we've ever had. Our dog Aspen had her share of problems, both mental and physical, over her life, and consequently had a lot of visits to the vet. We moved a fair bit and saw a number of veterinarians in multiple states. None took the time to learn how to care for our dog the way Dr. Olson did - trips to her allowed us to stay in the room with Aspen, where in the past the veterinarians always had to take Aspen to the back and fight her (and sometimes sedate her). Visits to other veterinarians always resulted in a scared and anxious dog, but Aspen came to love Dr. Olson and was always calmer in her office. Dr. Olson also took great care of us, Aspen's owners, giving us clear and practical advice for all of Aspen's complicated ailments.

This was the case all the way up until the end, when it was time for us to say goodbye to Aspen. I wouldn't have trusted any of our past veterinarians to help us with that decision and process, but there nothing but trust with Dr. Olson. All of the above being said, I would unquestionably recommend Dr. Olson to anyone for the veterinary care. I cannot imagine finding a better veterinarian.

Have been with them for close to 10 years with three cats. Very helpful and knowledgeable, super friendly staff, clean and sanitary, never any waits when showing up for an appointment, and my cats always seem to come out happier than when they went in. Some of the best Vets in the area.

Friendly staff and great with cats! They have you in and out fast without the long waits that happen at some animal hospitals.

Liz and another girl helped my dog petunia with her stitches and they both were so friendly, they made the experience here so much better for my dog and my heart. Love these ladies so much. Wish I would’ve caught the other ones name! They are the sweetest ladies ever.

Dr Erik is the best. Takes time and listens to you concerns and respects you. Obviously loves the animals as well. Glad we have a new Yorkie for him!

I was nervous to switch vets, but due to urgency & family recommendations we decided to try Twin Creek Animal Hospital. Penny had a great experience with Dr. Finch! The staff was so friendly and stayed past the 5pm closing time to be thorough and explain some cost effective prevention tips. Penny had instant relief and a day later is back to her normal, loving, happy self! Overall 5/5 experience and feel good knowing we have a great vet nearby.

They take such good of my Vegas. They are always kind and explain everything they are doing.

The staff is always so friendly and kind to our animals as well as us! They always leave us feeling that our babies got exactly what they needed and are happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how silly they may seem. We love Dr. Olsen!

Staff was friendly and the vet was incredibly nice. Hence the 2 stars. However, it took longer to fill out the one page document then it did for them to look at my dogs mouth. For an extraction of 1 tooth, which automatically comes with mandatory teeth cleaning, I was quoted $1100. This is double the price of the next closest quote.

I have brought both of my dogs here and they get treated really good! As a dog mom it’s hard trusting people with my fur babies but I would definitely recommend this vet! Having a pit bull I get nervous because of her breed and what some people think of her. but the staff here is so welcoming! I love seeing how excited they get when I bring her in Dr. Olsen is the best! She really takes her time talking to you and explaining what’s going on.

Dr. Katie Olsen is absolutely amazing. We had to put our 12 year old baby down tonight, and she made what felt impossible a little bit easier. She walked us through the process and made sure we knew this was the most loving thing we could do for our boy. You can tell she is so loving and compassionate about what she does. Tonight as I lay here broken hearted over my BoJack, I’m so appreciative of her and her giant heart. Thank you so much Dr. Olsen and team for being so kind and wonderful.

I guess we're spoiled this place doesn't have ultrasound and offers for radiologist at exorbitant expense. They don't clean teeth and don't dispense medication you have to order online. The staff are friendly but their services are expensive and non-conclusive. Our Country Vet in a much smaller town did all the services this Animal hospital doesn't offer. The Male Vet seemed to be annoyed at my Questions concerning an aged pet that is a very important part of my family.

They have always treated my dog as if he was his own. He doesn't run unneeded tests to rack up our bill, he always tries to find the cheapest solution first. My dog enjoys going to the vet, and the staff has even stayed after hours to help us

I had been with him since he opened. He was good back then, very caring. It seems as his business grew his caring ceased. My puppy was ill and they could not even spare a moment to treat her.very concerning. I would not recommend this place.

Services are good, pleasant staff. However, if you are in need of health certificates for overseas travel, DO NOT choose this vet. We paid $400 for a couple signatures, while a friend paid $150 for the same thing at a different Bellevue vet. If this had been disclosed beforehand, I would have taken my pets elsewhere.

This place was recommended by a co-worker and I'm glad I took my pet here. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I received great vet care for my dog. I also like how you are not nickeled and dimed for services. When I brought my pet for an issue, they did not charge for the wellness/follow up a week later.

We have been taking our pet to Twincreek Animal Hospital for the last three (3) years and overall we have been very pleased. The doctor and staff handles our pet well and is shown good discernment in dealing with medical issues we have encountered. We are very comfortable with this facility and recommending it to anyone who is looking for a doctor who will care for your pet well.

Love this vet! The staff is friendly and compassionate. They treat my animals like they are a part of my family, which they are. They provide all veterinary services as well as boarding. They specialize in dentistry for pets, which I appreciate being a dental hygienist I know the importance of oral health for overall health. The facility is beautiful!

The office is clean, bright, and nicely decorated. They have a salt water tank in the waiting area and large scale pictures of pets decorating the place. I'm thankful to have such a great place for my dogs so close to home!
