Pet dental care is necessary to control more than bad breath-the overall health and longevity of your dog or cat depends upon a regular pet dental care program. Our hospital is equipped to provide emergency veterinary services, available for existing Turtle Creek clients.

Our newly renovated, full-service veterinary hospital and skilled professional staff provides an educational and compassionate environment for pets and their people, allowing us to offer comprehensive medical and preventative care for the rest of your family.
People are often surprised that fees vary from veterinarian to veterinarian, and the reason for these differences is that all veterinary care is not the same. In fact, quality of care varies widely from one veterinarian to another. Turtle Creek Veterinary Medical Center's fees reflect top quality care by a dedicated, highly trained and professional staff.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The technicians are knowledgeable and straightforward without being overbearing or crass. We enjoyed our experience at Turtle Creek and we are happy that our Fur Baby has wonderful Veterinary Clinic to look out for her health and well being.

Clean facility, nice employees, 1 hour appointment, however I was quoted $180 for "everything a stray cat would need coming into a home with another cat". Cat had 0 issues whatsoever, perfect health, no additional recommendations aside from baseline vaccines. $220. No itemized tax charged on invoice. After the animal was vaccinated, the vet tech informed us she would need boosters in 3 weeks, and that on top of the cost of boosters, we would have to pay an additional $48 exam fee. "You can sheer a sheep its whole life, but you can only have lamb chops once."

We are new to the area and my wife and daughter took their two puppies, Titan who is 2 and Orion who is 12 weeks in for update on shots, nail trimming and to have Titans glands looked at. My wife and daughter were shocked at what they saw the vet tech chocked Orion as he gave him his shots handled him rough and was not professional dealing with my wife.
My daughter was in tears the way Titan was handled and we had a 330 pm appointment for my Cane Corso which after hearing my wife story I canceled. We will find another veterinarian service

Dr Rocky and his staff are wonderful to work with. Very professional and good at communicating. They send texts to help you remember your appointment and also will give you a call. They always have a smile on their face when you go into the office. And they listen to your wishes of how you want your animal to be treated. Highly recommend!

We love Turtle Creek Vet. Been using them for 11 years. They treat each pet as if they were their own. They take such great care of our fur babies. The staff is always super friendly from the moment you walk in the door and their medical team show such compassion and concern when times are hard. Their level of care is unmatchable!

Super friendly team they've got here! We took our puppy there for her first checkup and vaccines, they were super reassuring, put up with all my questions, gave us a price prior to doing things, and gave extra reassurance when I called a few hours later asking about the pup having some tummy issues after her shots. While I wouldn't say I look forward to bringing our puppy here (because who looks forward to bringing their dog to the vet? ) I am glad we've got what seems like a great place close by.

Our first visit was for our new GSD puppies first puppy visit and needed an x-ray to find out if she had megaesophagus. The visit went very nicely. They brought me a print out of the cost of what I needed to be done so I could make a decision before doing anything. The total visit was around $319 and majority of that was the x-ray itself and was expected.
We have also brought our pitt in to have a mass looked at and he will be having surgery to have it removed. They provided a quote that included a low and high end estimate and dates we could schedule him for the surgery. Called them and scheduled and he is setup to get things taken care of. The only hiccup we had was an email issue and I just provided and alternate email and got the estimate right away.
Over all I would say the staff is very kind and helpful, the vet was patient and answered all questions and the pricing was what I expected and laid out on paper so I knew what I was paying for before hand. We have tried other vets in the area and we will be staying with this one.
