I've lived in several states & have been to many vets with various animals. I've also worked as a vet tech & later became a medical scientist. I ask lots of technical questions. No relationship is always perfect, but within normal constraints, my relationship with Tri County comes close. I don't put unrealistic expectations on anyone. After all, "stuff happens!" I too have been turned away when they were booked solid.

I was told to take my cat to an emergency vet where he suddenly died from an unknown cause. The staff at Tri County expressed more sadness than the emergency vet did! And I too hate sitting in the parking lot with my car running to stay warm or cool while they whisk my frightened pet away. Decisions that businesses must make during Covid times are not frivolous.

The arrangement has been tough on pets, pet owners, & their entire staff. Think of the running in & out they have to do! But there's a bigger picture. I wholeheartedly recommend Tri County to anyone who asks me about a vet. Again, 5 stars does not mean always perfect, but it means I rely on the team of dedicated professional animal lovers at Tri County to do the best for me & my pets.

I have been taking my pet there for about 5 years. And it was ok. But they got stupid when covid hit. My pet was having an emergency and they turned him away. They said they had already had several emergencies that day and couldn't see him. If I wanted to bring him the next day and put him in a cage all day they would try and see him. No thanks I took him somewhere else.

Usually I would rate Tri-County Veterinarians a 5, But recently took our Doberman for a booster, Two young technicians came out to give Indy a Booster, You could tell both were nervous, When they injected Indy she screamed with pain, And the syringe went flying, Tech went back in for another needle, The second injection was a success, Indy did not even notice the second injection,

Fantastic, Loving, Caring pet service. My wife and I can't wait to take all our rescued family of pets to them. They love our pets the way we do at home. They made Covid restrictions very easy to deal with and should be widely accepted by all. Your are the BEST Tri County Veterinary Service!

Tri County Vet Services is a gem! I felt well taken care of from the time of my first phone conversation with Lexie. She went above and beyond in her efforts to help. I was also extremely impressed that Dr. Redding wanted to see my dog Riley before a weekend after which he would perform surgery on him. His care, attention, and empathy reassured me I had made the right decision in choosing Tri County Veterinary Service.

I've been taking my pet here for about a year since we moved to the area and because of their covid restrictions I've only seen a vet once in person. My last appt was for our new puppy, his FIRST appt, and they wouldn't let me come in. Then the vet didn't even come and talk to me in person. I just don't like the idea of my babies being poked and prodded without me being with them and it is ridiculous that the won't let people in right now. Not even with a mask on. So, I'll be taking my babies elsewhere.

Never had an experience in the 17yrs we've been pet owners like we did today with Tri-County Vets. Our dog is an established patient with them.today she somehow manage to get a 3 inch gash on her forearm, was bleeding and looked most likely to need stitches. TriCounty closes at 5:30pm so we headed there. It was 4:28pm when we arrived, and called to let them know we were there.

We were told to take her somewhere else because apparently they don't take patients after 4:30! Again, their advertised closing was not until 5:30! They could have at least just have taken a look at the wound and some advice for care even if they didn't have time to give stitches. Instead just told us to take her some place else, even though they were our primary vet. Very disappointed that this place cared more about getting home early than their patients. Needless to say, we will take their advice and go somewhere else, permanently!
