The staff at every level is amazing. They treat you and your pets with care. Ive taken both my dogs here and one is very skittish and they were calm with him and took their time to earn his trust to do what they needed to do with him. (That's not easy to do with him). We just recently had to put our cat down and the level of care and love they showed my family and our cat was top rated. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. The prices and very competitive with other places but the care is top of the line.

We adopted our new baby here and we are very satisfied with the service we received. Staff is great and helpful. I don't live close enough to use them as my regular vet, but I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had an emergency with my dog and they were able to get me in that day. Unfortunately I had to euthanize him. The staff made everything so easy. They gave me all the time I needed to make the tough decision and then to say goodbye (which was hours). They were honest with all of the options I had. Their prices are absolutely affordable, the best I've experienced in my many vet trips, and the staff was amazing. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Our little guy, Max is new to Town & Country having only been twice so far we are quite pleased with the clinic, the front desk reception, the techs and our doctor. Max has chronic bronchitis and we were very impressed to see how determined his VET was to diagnose him and prescribe appropriate medications. In addition to bronchitis, Max is showing early signs of collapsing trachea. All of this is difficult for us at best but we feel we have found a great vet home for our little guy.

I switched my dogs from VCA to Town & Country and never looked back. The staff at T&C are really cool people, down to earth, caring and attentive. They are able to run diagnostic tests in-house which is very convenient. I really like that they are usually able to accommodate a visit on short notice and they are excellent at communicating with me. The cost for their services is fair - affordable but without compromising quality at all. I would recommend this vet clinic to friends and family, for sure.

They're consistently top-notch in terms of animal care and friendliness every time we go. The prices are the lowest I've seen in most of fort Worth as well making it an extra bonus. I've taken both dogs and cats here and they've had stellar care the whole time. They also offer plans for your animals if you take them in frequently so that you don't have to pay as much. Super cool.

My 14+ yr old dog had an emergency pyometra surgery here. Saved my dogs life and 2 weeks later is already hunting in the yard again. I had called late in the evening at around 8pm. Immediately set me up and had me bring her in. Very nice staff.

I have 5 dogs and 1 bearded dragon that are all clients here. And my dog that just recently passed away (from old age) was also a client here. We have never had a bad experience here ever. My dad and mom also both being their dogs here. My mother in law brings her cats here. I work With dogs for a living so I'm very picky about where they go. And I won't ever take them anywhere else.

The front office staff is always so so sweet and helpful. Calling to check on my pets after their appointments. Always willing to help me control my big group when we come in. You can definitely tell they care. The vet techs and vets are always good with my animals. They are honest and also give me several options and are always willing to help in any way they can instead of just picking the most expensive treatment and that's it.

They want my dogs to be happy and healthy and that's why I love this place. I don't even get this good of service at my child's pediatrician. If I could bring my kid here when he was sick I would! Lol

Brought a stray cat in to have her examined and vaccinated. I was very excited when the receptionist told me she had an opening that afternoon. Jordan was the technician who attended me with the cat. I wasn't sure about keeping her but after speaking with her she convinced me she would be a good kitty for me. I felt very comfortable talking to Jordan and I could tell she really loves all animals. Thank you Jordan and the receptionist that attended me. (Sorry I didn't get your name)

We were able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Everyone we came into contact with was professional and helpful. We just got our new puppy and everything was explained well and simple. Excited to have people care for our new baby as much as we do!

Dr. Nelson at Town and Country Clinic has been very caring and compassionate with my cats. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and explains in detail the diagnosis and best course of care.
